“The chances are that, if you’re in the market for a mobility aid, that you’ve got issues you’re dealing with. Wheelfreedom were a joy to deal with - helpful and efficient - and took away stress rather than adding to it. Highly recommended.”

“Wheelfreedom was a life-saver! It really could not have been easier to order and have delivered-the next day!-the wheelchair we needed. I would particularly like to say thank you to Tracey, her patience and kindness at a time when you so need a sympathetic ear to help was so very much appreciated. I only wish every company you call could have someone like her being so lovely! This company was a complete pleasure to do business with and I highly recommend them.”

“My Father had just given up driving (age 89) and needed a mobility scooter. After weeks of looking around we tried Wheel freedom and, we are both really glad we did. They allowed us to try various models, see lots of others in their fabulous new showroom and then, hire some on a short term basis to really test out our choices. They even deducted the hire cost off the one we finally choose to buy. Brilliant service, they could not of helped us any better.”

“The Chessington showroom is fantastic with a huge choice of equipment well laid out. Wheelfreedom is a company with excellent customer service. From Martin in the showroom, Adam who delivered my mum's wheelchair and all the backroom staff, everyone I dealt with was really helpful and supportive. I can't recommend them highly enough.”

“Absolutely gobsmacked by the service. We needed a chair short term for my wife with a badly broken ankle. Booked late afternoon Monday. Chair arrived before noon Wednesday. Chair was immaculate, packaging user friendly as it is used for the return. Very little assembly required, just fitting the foot and cast supports. Return arranged with one email and picked up bang on time. One very happy customer.”

“The knee scooter was brilliant for giving me the confidence to move round the house. It was comfortable and easy to manoeuvre. It was far better than the crutches or Zimmer frame I had as the scooter improved my mobility.”

“The professionalism, kindness and the whole experience, i would highly recommend this company to anyone in need of hiring (buying) a wheelchair. So easy and simple, they're just a call away too for any issues (not that i had any). Will use their services once mums 2nd vaccination date has been confirmed. Was hoping to keep the wheelchair for 4 weeks, but the 2nd jab date is now 12 weeks away, so returned it to save on cost. Thanks again for a pleasant experience, will definitely be recommending to family and friends.”

The excellent support and advice of the warm, friendly customer service representatives made such a difference to us as a family.
