“We have been very impressed by the speed and efficiency of the WheelFreedom service. I needed a wheelchair with a leg raiser, which had proved difficult to source elsewhere. When a friend told me about WheelFreedom, I found my subsequent telephone call and the delivery service both quick and efficient. The first chair had a broken clip, but it was replaced next day and I have had no problems since then. When I no longer needed the chair, the pick up has been equally quick and efficient. Thank you team.”

“Quick, efficient and pleasant to deal with. When I managed to break a clip mechanism, Wheelfreedom knew straight away what I was describing and a replacement was delivered free of charge the following day complete with simple instructions. Delivery, unpacking/re-packing and subsequent pick-up all very easy as well. Highly recommended!”

“Very Good delivery and collection nice chair. only issue was the seat belt was broken so was unable to use it for the duration of the hire. no time to exchange due to required day after delivery. will use the service again in the future.”

“Disaster, a broken foot, leg in plaster less than a week before be were due to go to Holland to see the Hieronymus Bosch 500th centenary exhibitions, events that might never happen again. We needed a superhero and it came in the (unlikely) form of Wheelfreedom; helpful on the phone, spot on with delivery and collection, good value for money. The folding wheelchair was easy use and it enabled us to have a great time, even though my injured partner has become a expert on the lower half of the pictures (if you know Bosch that's hell).”

“WheelFreedom was a godsend. I had broken my foot two weeks prior to my order, and I work a job that involves me doing a lot of walking. When I discovered WheelFreedom online, I called them, and had a knee scooter the very next day! I was finally able to keep up with my normal pace at work, and my traveling was no longer limited. Having the scooter was so convenient, and the drop off/pick up services were as well. Thank you!”

“I would have been so depressed without the knee-scooter you supplied, thank you so much! Had an Achilles tendon (leg) operation in Feb 16, and struggled to use crutches. Found Wheel Freedom online and paid a bit extra for next day delivery, which arrived promptly the next day with a friendly and polite driver. The scooter was very easy to assemble and it was such a relief to be able to get to hospital appts and go outside on it - I was almost house-bound on crutches, and the scooter was fun to whizz around on! I would sit down on it in the kitchen and it enabled me to carry things and even answer the front door quicker! Other hospital patients have stopped me in amazement to ask me where I got the knee-scooter, and I've recommended your company because of the excellent service. Am recovering well, so no longer need it, but am sad to see it go at the same time! THANK YOU Wheel Freedom :-) x”

“Service was friendly and excellent. The devices I needed arrived very quickly and were a great help. Arranging the return was also very easy and efficient. I told the nurse at the orthopaedic clinic about Wheelfreedom when she commented (favourably) on the knee scooter. I hope I never have to use your services again :), but am very glad you were there when I needed you.”
