“We were looking for a straightforward wheel chair to take my Grandmother to Chelsea Flower Show. The chair was good value and the service was excellent. We collected and returned the chair directly to the depot, which was all very easy. Recommended.”

“I found the leg trolley to be fantastic in nearly every aspect bar 2. 1 the back wheels kept locking 2 The knee foam - grey - was too thin hardly giving any protection and causing pain. I hope my comments help you to help future users. I would heartily recommend this equipment and found it promoted my quality of life whilst wearing a cast. Regards Lynne Drew”

“The Gatekeeper for this Company is excellent. Her telephone manner is superb she makes you feel like a valued customer. Our wheelchair arrived the next day of ordering and was like new. Instructions on how use, fold etc was very clear. Overal we had a good experience with this company and would recommend them highly. Thank you Ms Fagan”

“Very good does not describe the service well enough..... AMAZING does I had an operation on my foot which meant 12weeks non weight bearing!!!! I was dreading the incarceration being a very active 54 year old. My surgeon told me about knee scooters as an option to crutches. After 1 day on crutches I was searching the internet. I ordered the scooter(which I named Scooby) he came the next day with clear instructions on how to put together. Scooby was a godsend,I really think I Would have gone mad without him.i was able to move from room to room, iron, prepare meals etc, I could get him downstairs but had to have help at night getting him up....... My trips to the hospital with scooby in the boot,of the car were easy & I was the envy of other patients whizz ing up & down the corridors, many asking how to acquire one The customer service was exemplary,I would not hesitate in recommending the hire of one. Although I am pleased to be out of a cast etc, I do miss Scooby.”

“After major surgery on my lower leg I found crutches whilst being non-weight bearing almost impossible as I suffer from vertigo. I found Wheelfreedom by searching on Google and contacted them regarding hiring a knee scooter. The girl on the phone was extremely helpful, took my order and card details and the scooter duly arrived within a day or two and it was the best thing I could have done - I could not have coped with the last 6 weeks without it. The scooter was very easy to assemble with clear instructions and it was so sturdy and easy to manoeuvre. Once I was finished with it I simply rang Wheelfreedom on their free phone number and it was picked up the following day. The whole process was so efficient and easy and everyone was so helpful, from the girls on the end of the phone to the carrier company that dropped off and picked up. I would highly recommend Wheelfreedom for their professional, efficient, helpful service.”

“All the arrangements for hiring the wheelchair were excellent. Delivery and pickup were extremely efficient. Packing arrangements were very easy and efficient and communication via e-mail and telephone were first class. I have no hesitation in recommending the service to anyone.”

“I found your staff to be very helpful and polite, the service was exellent, the wheelchair was delivered and collected on time with no problems, I was also notified of this via e-mail which I found very useful as the wheelchair had been delivered to my holiday destination. I found the whellchair in good working condition, and above all it allowed me to have a good holiday. I would recommend your service to friends and would definitely use your services again if needed.”

“Needed an indoor sheelchair to tide me over for a torn ligaments in my knee. The service was absolutely perfect. The delivery the collection all wen swimmingly. Wouldn't hesitate to hire or buy from wheelfreedom. If and when I needed a wheelchair. Customer service second to none.”
