“After searching the internet for wheelchair hire I found Wheelfreedom, and so so glad. Having never needed to do this before I needed one for my mum for a holiday. The staff both via email and phone were so helpful and put me at ease straightaway. The chair was both delivered and collected exactly as agreed and I wouldn't hesitate at using them again as well recommending them to friends. Big thank you.”

“This must be the most prompt, efficient and friendly service I have ever had! I needed a wheel chair for a couple of weeks and had difficulty sourcing one near me. I rang wheelfredom spoke to a very pleasant lady and the wheel chair arrived next morning. You can't do better than that. Well done and thank you.💜”

“I hired a TGA mobility scooter for two weeks. Excellent, seemless service from ordering stage to collection. Polite and friendly staff. I had a problem with the scooter while on holiday and on returning the scooter, the Staff resolved the issue straight away. I will be receiving a refund which I really appreciate. I would definitely recommend this service.”

“We were staying for two weeks in a youth hostel in Edinburgh. The wheelchair was delivered on time (meaning: on our arrival date) and was waiting for us. My husband (78 and unused to wheelchair-driving) pushed me up and down in the centre of town, and we even went to the Royal Highland Show three times. The delivery was scheduled for Thursday, but I panicked: I still need it on Thursday. The date was changed, no problems, to Friday. The Breezy is a good wheelchair, comfortable and folded up in seconds.”

“Brilliant service all round. Very helpful, quick delivery, which was brilliant with getting the recovering person out and about certainly helping with both recovery and mental health. Quick collection when wanting to return. Everyone was very helpful and pleasant. Would definitely use again if needed a wheelchair again. Keep up the good work.”

“Fantastic service, friendly helpful staff and nothing was to much bother. The cost of hire is so cheap compared to my local who wanted £60 per week. I only paid an extra £13 for hire, delivery and collection for 2 weeks here. I would highly recommend this company.”

“I am slightlydisabled in that I can only walk about 50 yards. I needed something to carry me while visiting the Imperial War Museum at Duxford. Wheelfreedom provided the answer by delivering an easily assembled wheelchair to my home in time for me to learn how to use it. It fitted easily in the boot of my son's car and was the ideal form of transport for me at Duxford airfield. My son pushed me for more than a mile durng our visit, and the chair gave me an excellent support for photography. It was easy to pack up again for Wheelfreedom to recover from my home.”

“What a first class service. One phone call to order and delivery next morning. Another phone call when finished and wheelchair collected next day. The wheelchair was perfect for our requirement and was delivered in a box perfectly designed for the job. A well thought out operation. Highly recommended.”

“I was delighted to be able to hire the chair with no fuss or bother. The chair was delivered exactly as you said it would. I couldnt believe it came so promptly and ended my struggling round the house meaning I could make a cuppa or get to the loo easily. Returning the chair was not difficult, just let you know and it will be collected, and it was. The chair was clean and in good condition and if anyone needs your help I will readily recommend them to you. Thanks, Pippa Francis, for whom my wonderful neighbour Rhiannon Leysen did the ordering .”
