“We were staying for two weeks in a youth hostel in Edinburgh. The wheelchair was delivered on time (meaning: on our arrival date) and was waiting for us. My husband (78 and unused to wheelchair-driving) pushed me up and down in the centre of town, and we even went to the Royal Highland Show three times. The delivery was scheduled for Thursday, but I panicked: I still need it on Thursday. The date was changed, no problems, to Friday. The Breezy is a good wheelchair, comfortable and folded up in seconds.”

“Excellent sales and advice when I bought my chair - went through all my needs and was available earlier than expected. When it comes to servicing, also excellent service team but customer service, I would only give 3 stars. Having to drop wheels off for repair when I had a service plan and chase for a part number for an insurance claim (I went elsewhere and was resolved much quicker). I think they could benefit with a database of users equipment together with service plan, saving time and incorrect parts being ordered for repairs.”

“Brilliant service all round. Very helpful, quick delivery, which was brilliant with getting the recovering person out and about certainly helping with both recovery and mental health. Quick collection when wanting to return. Everyone was very helpful and pleasant. Would definitely use again if needed a wheelchair again. Keep up the good work.”

“Fantastic service, friendly helpful staff and nothing was to much bother. The cost of hire is so cheap compared to my local who wanted £60 per week. I only paid an extra £13 for hire, delivery and collection for 2 weeks here. I would highly recommend this company.”

“I am slightlydisabled in that I can only walk about 50 yards. I needed something to carry me while visiting the Imperial War Museum at Duxford. Wheelfreedom provided the answer by delivering an easily assembled wheelchair to my home in time for me to learn how to use it. It fitted easily in the boot of my son's car and was the ideal form of transport for me at Duxford airfield. My son pushed me for more than a mile durng our visit, and the chair gave me an excellent support for photography. It was easy to pack up again for Wheelfreedom to recover from my home.”

Such a great service, the customer services are so helpful, taking time to make sure you have what is needed, both delivery and return was easy to arrange and efficient. “What a first class service. One phone call to order and delivery next morning. Another phone call when finished and wheelchair collected next day. The wheelchair was perfect for our requirement and was delivered in a box perfectly designed for the job. A well thought out operation. Highly recommended.”

“I was delighted to be able to hire the chair with no fuss or bother. The chair was delivered exactly as you said it would. I couldnt believe it came so promptly and ended my struggling round the house meaning I could make a cuppa or get to the loo easily. Returning the chair was not difficult, just let you know and it will be collected, and it was. The chair was clean and in good condition and if anyone needs your help I will readily recommend them to you. Thanks, Pippa Francis, for whom my wonderful neighbour Rhiannon Leysen did the ordering .”

“We were in need of a wheelchair urgently following a skiing accident at Christmas, for a child. Wheelfreedom were extremely helpful and delivery was made early the next day. We used the chair for 2 months. Collection was easy and the company coukd not have been more helpful”

“I found wheelfreedom online while searching wheelchair hire. I found the website easy and informative but nothing beats speaking to a person. The lady I spoke to (apologies for not remembering her name!) was very helpful. Everything about the hire was explained fully. I was also impressed how quickly and efficiently the wheelchair hire was arranged. The collection process was equally as effective. Thankyou .”
