“The wheelchair was as described and arrived very promptly. It has all been very stress free, very simple and no hassle. Just what's needed in an otherwise stressful circumstance. Although we hope we never need their services again, would definitely recommend.”

“Excellent customer service I received the wheelchair within 24 hours of making my initial phone call , quality of item also very good and excellent for packing into the car. The returns process very straight forward and once the item received I got an email of confirmation from Wheelfreedom I would highly recommend Wheelfreedom to anyone in need of such services .”

“This is the third time we have used Wheelfreedom, and like the other times we have been really satisfied with the service from the first phone call to the collection of the wheelchair. “Efficient and flexible package of services requiring minimal paperwork and protocol. However, it would have been helpful if the courier service could provide a smaller delivery window rather than the 9am to 5pm currently practiced. A morning or afternoon widow would serve customers better.”

“Very helpful staff who assisted us in arranging for two wheelchairs to be dropped off with a third party for us to pick up and take on a cruise. They also arranged pick up from the same location without us having to be there. The whole experience was so easy and effortless on our part. Highly recommended.”

“we needed a light weight folding wheel chair to use in the house and outside due to a broken ankle. we had been using a chair that was too heavy for me to push and didn't fold. we ordered at the weekend and the chair arrived next working day, it was light and fitted in the boot of the car with ease, we also used it to travel by train and around the house. return was a simple phone call. I would recommend wheel-freedom.”

“A very adequate functional wheelchair with expected safety features. Excellent next day service (even to a remote rural location). Wheelchair rolls out of delivery box after unclipping two clasps making return at end of hire period very simple and hassle free.”

“A Godsend. My mother-in-law had an operation on her leg and was not told that she would be unable to walk for about 3 weeks. She was very depressed about this. I found Wheelfreedom on the internet, they delivered the chair the next day, It changed her life for the next few days. Excellent service.”

“Fantastic Service!!!!! My Husband broke his ankle and had to have surgery, he was unable to put any weight on it for 8 weeks. If it was not for the wheel chair we acquired from Wheel freedom ,he would not of had the opportunity to go out- This was a life -line. “It was a great way for us to enjoy our holiday my mother in law thoroughly enjoyed it and was able to go everywhere with us where as before we have had to leave her the chair was there ready for us and fitted in the car perfectly cannot thank you enough and will definatley use your company again thank you”

“Excellent company to deal with .Not ever having to use a wheel chair before it was a new experience. From the initial phone call they were so helpful excellent delivery and collection service.
