“Dealing with Wheelfreedom was a pleasure. Organised wheelchair hire in one phone call and staff were very helpful, courteous and polite. I had a problem with date for collection, which was my fault. On contacting Wheelfreedom they resolved my issue in the same pleasant, polite manner. Delivery and collection faultless. Would definitely use service again.”

“This was our first experience of needing to hire a wheelchair. After locating WheelFreedom on the Internet and discussing our situation we hired a wheelchair with extended leg rest, extra cushion for comfort and Crutch holders. This was simple, helpful and effective, especially as we were going on holiday the day the wheelchair was delivered. Delivery was on time and simple to unpack and start using the wheelchair. It was helpful that the rear wheels were larger than the front wheels and option to self propel. The whole process of returning the chair, payment and speed of response has been excellent. My wife tells me the wheelchair was comfortable and for me it fitted into the car OK, was not too heavy to lift and easy to push.”

“Hired a Heavy User wheelchair and power pack to take on a river cruise for my 80 year old Dad who walks with difficulty. Delivery and collection was easy and on time - the company kept us informed at all times by e-mail. I ended up not taking the power pack on holiday as it was very heavy and after a few goes with it, here in the UK, I felt that it was going to be too much for me to deal with on the flights for the benefit it provided. Having said that another reason I decided no to take it was because the wheelchair on its own was so light and easy to push and manoeuvre that I didn't feel that I needed the power pack. This turned out to be entirely correct as I managed to push my 18stone Dad with ease, in various cities and towns in Germany - many of which had cobbled streets. Just to put things in perspective I am a 52 year old woman of average fitness so I would definitely recommend this company and would hire from them again. Thank you”

“Wheelfreedom were very efficient right from the first phone call, prompt delivery of the wheelchair and easy to assemble and use. If we needed to use them again we would certainly go to wheelfreedom again as it does what it says on the tin and gives you freedom”

“Communication, delivery and collection fast and very efficient. Really pleased with the whole process. One small point/maybe room for improvement? - The wheel chair had no 'strap' on the back to hang bags etc. I used the chair for my mum, bought some clothes in Debenhams and hung them on one of the handles - unbeknown to me the wheel rubbed through the bag and soiled a jumper.”
