“Thank you to Wheelfreedom for allowing me to get on with my life following a badly broken ankle and subsequent surgery. I ordered online and my wheelchair was delivered the following day. The chair itself was excellent quality, easy to use, and very robust and comfortable. Processing the return was simple. I'd recommend this company to anyone who needs good quality mobility aids quickly and at a reasonable price.”

“I needed a wheel chair quickly & received one the next day. When I had finished with it, it was collected the same day. To put this into perspective I requested one from the Dr's about 3 weeks ago & have just received a letter from NHS Trust to say some one will be calling to assess my situation & if I haven't heard anything from them in 9 weeks to contact them! So thanks again for your excellent service it was much appreciated.”

“I needed a short term rental so my 94 year old father could attend his grandson's wedding. He can walk short distances but the wheelchair meant we could cover longer distances without him getting tired or distressed. Wheelfreedom works exactly as advertised: prices are competitives and the wheelchair was delivered and collected on time and was just what we needed. I can strongly recommend them.”

“Very courteous and prompt service. Very positive experience. My knee scooter was great and allowed me to "scoot" around London while on a trip from the USA. An upgraded pick-up appointment allowed me to make my flight home. My thanks to the whole team.”

“It was very easy to order the wheelchair via a very friendly and helpful operator. It was at the hotel when I arrived, easy to get out of the box, exactly what I wanted, and no problems with the hotel about leaving it till Monday for collection. My only grouse is having to pay for two weeks hire when I only wanted it for three days, but it still wasn't expensive. I will certainly use your company again if the need arises.”

“We required an electric wheelchair in a hurry and ordered quite late on a Friday afternoon. It was delivered the Saturday morning. The instructions were clear and the assembly very easy. After a 2 week hire, they arranged a collection the following day. We just packed it back into the boxes (which came with their own straps, so no need for parcel tape. An excellent idea.) The quality of the product and excellent service is to be commended. Thank you.”
