“It was very easy to phone and make a booking. The wheelchair for my 4year old granddaughter arrived the very next day, even though we live in Yorkshire. It was very clean and easy to fold up. It fitted in the boot of my small car, with the parcel shelf removed My granddaughter was delighted with it and it proved so useful for getting her to school and going out and about at the weekend, whilst her leg was broken. Once she was better, returning the chair was also extremely easy to arrange. The lady I spoke to on the phone was so helpful. I would really recommend this company to anyone requiring the temporary use of wheelchair. I had tried to find a child's wheelchair locally, but no-one had one, so it was great to be able to organise one so quickly and easily over the phone.”

“I hired a wheelchair to help with my 89 year old father’s mobility issues. Despite him telling me he did not need it, a wheelchair made our lives so much better and we got out much more. The wheelchair itself came in great condition with clear instructions for use. Any time I rang up for advice I spoke to super helpful and friendly call handlers. After renting a wheelchair for a number of weeks, at what I consider to be a reasonable rate, I now know what to look for when we buy one. So thank you.”

“I phoned wheel freedom requiring a foldable lightweight wheelchair and it arrived very quickly. The service was efficient and the customer service was friendly and professional. The cost was reasonable, covering any service issues. Once I had finished with the chair, it was picked up promptly. I would highly recommend.”

“We need a wheelchair with a leg support, for a short-term loan, as my wife's existing one couldn't be configured that way. Our local NHS services couldn't work out how to supply one so we turned to the web for hirers. We found Wheelfreedom extremely helpful and were able to supply a model we were familiar with. The chair arrived promptly with excellent instructions and was easy to configure for my wife's use. Many thanks.”

“Wheelchair ordered for 2 weeks. Friendly and helpful telephone order. Good quick delivery. The chair we ordered was perfect- light and easy to push and easy to pack into the car. Arrived in safe packaging with full instructions. The wheelchair was in excellent condition and clean. We would definately recommend Wheelfreedom.”

“I found the process of having to short term hire a wheelchair through Wheelfreedom seamless, from information on the website to the customer service from order to arranging the return collection. I was astounded that we received next day for both delivery and collection which is fantastic customer service and a credit to the company to give 1st class service. I would like to add I had no knowledge of the service or the company until I had to get a wheelchair quickly when my husband was discharged from hospital following a stroke. Could not recommend highly enough”

“We hired a Wheelchair from Wheelfreedom for my wife as we due to fly to Berlin for a holiday with Friends. Wheelfreedom delivered our wheelchair when requested and collected it too with absolutely no hassle. The Wheelchair looked brand new, and was very light weight to move around.”
