“""Taking a holiday with an elderly mother in law 88 who suffers from cellulitus in her legs and cannot walk very far was posing a problem. Your company made her face light up and enabled her to visit everywhere in the two weeks away. We had our 1 year old grandson as well so she could accompany him too. It was a fantastic holiday that we will not forget thanks to your incredible delivery and collection service. Thank you souch for making a very old lady so happy and allowing us to take her with us. Fiona Razzell”

“Suffering a sporting injury it was suggested I hire a wheelchair for a city holiday. Wheelfreedom were so easy to deal with, on time delivery, great foldable wheelchair and pickup was a cinch to book. Fantastic idea and service”

“The ease and efficiency of ordering, delivery and collection of my wheelchair was exceptional. I used the online order system and all went well. I only needed the wheelchair for 2 weeks post surgery and a lightweight one that friends could manage. It arrived with clear instructions and packaging that just meant you had to wheel it out of the box. Great service, I would highly recommend it to anyone.”

“I ordered the wheelchair for my sick father who lives in a small apartment he had no space for the box that came with the wheelchair as it was absolutely huge. My father is now dying and in a hospice leaving my mother who has dementia in the flat alone. I called to arrange collection for the one day I was available for helping mum with collection and noticed the email confirming this asks me to put the wheelchair in a box. I called and said I'd thrown the box away and went round in circles with the man on the phone for ages because I only had that day to arrange collection because I needed to do it before dad died. I was even told if I wrapped it in bin liners they may take it which they did but rather than saying that in the first place or making it clear on the box that it should be retained your company made one of the worse times in my life more difficult a wheelchair is the last thing I want to be concerned with when my father is laying in a hospice dying.”

“Excellent customer service, and wheelchair was perfect, in great condition and easy to assemble/fold and unfold and very easy to push and to steer. Was exactly what we needed for a few weeks of reduced mobility. I would use Wheelfreedom again, and recommend them to anyone. Thank you.”
