“Very prompt and efficient service when, following a fractured femur, my wife needed a wheelchair for 10 weeks. The wheelchair was delivered the morning following my order.”

“We were absolutely delighted by the service and attention we received at the Chessington showroom from all of the staff but especially Kelly who was absolutely brilliant. There was no pressure put on us and we were able with their knowledgeable guidance to purchase the right Scooter for me. Delivery was next day and the driver/engineer was on time and ensured we were completely familiar with the machine and its workings before he left. An experience which could be fraught with difficulties was made a pleasurable and enjoyable time interspersed with a lot of laughter. Thank you all for my freedom to roam.”

“We were very pleased with the wheel chair hire and service we received from Wheelfreedom. The wheelchair was in very good condition, it was easy to order, turned up on time and collected on time. The staff I spoke to gave an excellent service and would definite use them again should I require another chair.”

“Really easy to deal with. Fast and easy delivery and collection and gave us exactly what we needed. Our young daughter broke her leg and needed a wheelchair to be able to go to school. The wheelchair was clean, in excellent condition, easy to use and nice and light. If you find yourself in need of temporary use of a wheelchair, give these guys a call.”

“Excellent service. I would highly recommend. Hiring a wheelchair through Wheelfreedom allowed me to stay mobile and continue to go on walks when my ankle was broken. The quick delivery and pickup service was very efficient and allowed great flexibility as the contract term is on a rolling basis and could be cancelled at short notice.”

“Fantastic service. Ordered at 15.30 on Friday and delivered at 09.30 on Saturday. The wheelchair was ideal for getting around the ground floor with two broken ankles. Collection could not be more simpler. Contacted Wheelfreedom by email and arranged collection on a day that was convenient. Fully recommended.”

“It was one of the best experiences I had. Communication was pleasant and delivering the chair super-fast. The lightweight wheelchair was in perfect condition and easy to assemble. Return even faster, no waiting time, scheduled to collect at my convenience. Also, its folding option made it easy to keep. Appreciate your services and highly recommend them!”

“The whole process was efficient ordering the wheelchair to sending it back. The chair was clean and of the standard advertised. The office were friendly and helpful. I hope I will not have to use them again and remain accident free, however to anyone in need of the use of a chair I would recommend Wheelfreedom.”
