“Very quick and efficient, great quality of wheelchair supplied. Only slight complaint is that the delivery and collection charge is quite steep - but it was worth it in our case.”

“Wheel Freedom are terrific. They're really helpful, accommodating with visit times and give excellent advice. They're provided me with a Permobil F5 VS, which has improved my life somewhat. Doriano, Daniel and their office staff are lovely. I can't recommend them highly enough.”

“Really great service. We booked the chair no problem, had it delivered directly to our door two days later, it was in perfect condition and it was then collected from us again on the date we specified. It was lightweight and sturdy, and the customer service from the Wheelfreedom team was excellent. I even got a phone call to let me know they'd received the chair back at their depot again. The only minor faff is that the delivery and collection time windows are pretty broad (9am-5pm for collection) so you need to make sure someone's home for that, but other than that it was perfect.”

“Needing to hire a wheelchair for a short term, I was attracted by not having to be locked into a lengthy contract. From my first enquiry I was met with helpfulness, courtesy and extreme efficiency, with next day delivery and clever packaging. This even included swapping one hire package for another part-way through. Highly recommend this firm.”

“Excellent service with clear initial help, advice, full information and booking by phone. Delivery and collection all very well organised with support contact / confirmation by phone and e-mail regarding this. The lightweight wheelchair was the good and safe model expected and in very good condition. Many thanks for help at a worrying time!”
