“A broken hip in March (the latest in a long line of injuries) made me re-think how I got around as a long-term crutch user. I needed to eliminate my risk factor. I read several reviews on-line for Wheelfreedom which were very favourable. I made an appointment and a couple of days later I was in the Showroom. Being a first-time user I didn't quite know what to expect and was feeling a little anxious to say the least. We were welcomed by Martin and immediately I was put at ease, he went through the many options available to me and put no pressure on me to make a decision. After trying out 3 or 4 active chairs I opted for the very lightweight Quickie Krypton R. Six weeks later and I took delivery of my first active chair. I'm well chuffed - I've got my independence back. Thanks Guys ! Oh and they do a great Cappuchino too”

“I needed a wheelchair urgently and was suitably impressed. It arrived the next morning, beautifully clean, clear instruction book and appropriate tool for making adjustments. The company were helpful, and didn't try to persuade me to have anything other than the wheelchair that was suitable for my needs. At the end of the hire, it was easy to cancel and have it collected on the day that I wanted. Would use this service again if necessary and would certainly recommend it to other people. Perfect!”

“Staff that I ordered from and arranged delivery and collection were extremely helpful and cheerful. Wheelchair was a little scuffed, but otherwise fine. Very difficult to get the wheelchair back into the delivery box - needed two people and could have been a few inched longer to make it easier.”

“We've used Wheelfreedom twice, when family members have broken an ankle or leg and suddenly have reduced mobility, and on each occasion they've been a Godsend. There's a good range of products to tailor to your need, advice on the phone to help you choose, and the item you need turns up the very next day. (Plus, when you've finished with it, it's collected the next day as well.) I don't recommend fracturing anything, but if it happens to you Wheelfreedom will really help get you through the resulting hassle.”

“80 yrs old. Hired wheelchair from Wheelfreedom for two weeks holiday in June. Excellent service. Arrived next day in special box which made it easy to access chair for immediate use. Easy to return using the special box and was collected next day. Excellent courier service. Would certainly recommend. Thank you”

“All three members of the team who I spoke with over the course of my rental term were excellent. Each was friendly, helpful and took their time to help me. Having broken my leg, it was very nice to be given such good service with care and compassion. There was a problem with delivery, whereby my address had been noted incorrectly on the courier’s documents which meant that I didn’t receive the chair on the day arranged. Usually this would have been frustrating, however the team at Wheelfreedom were so quick and efficient to resolve the problem and arrange delivery for the next day. It’s rare these days to receive such service, and I thank the team for making my life easier at a challenging time.”

“I was post op foot surgery and was struggling with the non weight bearing requirement of recovery and knew I needed help. From finding you on Google, to researching your products and importantly your reviews; it was an absolute pleasure dealing with Wheelfreedom. Contacting you was easy, your website is top notch with a wide range of products to chose from - being a big lass ;) I was relieved to see the option for a bigger chariot was easily available. The lady me and my partner spoke to to arrange the hiring (forgotten her name sorry) was so helpful, so caring, so professional and explained the process clearly. At a time we were in a bit of a panic - she put us at ease with her help and friendly approach. The delivery was seamless, the chair comes in a very cool reuse box and wheels straight out. It was a god send and allowed me freedom and peace of mind; and that’s worth every penny spent. Once recovered enough not to need it, one quick phone call, I said “it’s a miracle I can walk lol” and the response from the lady on the phone was amazing - she was genuinely delighted I was doing well - that personally touch and true empathy means a lot when tough things happen. Again it was a seamless service to cancel contract and arrange pick up of the chair - picked up by a courier the very next day as promised. I cannot recommend this company enough, not just for the practicalities of needing mobility aids, but for the professional, knowledgeable, friendly & genuinely caring staff that help and guide you through the service they provide so easily and stress free! Thank you! :) xx”
