“Excellent customer service with all the information via email and over the phone as I needed a wheelchair for a couple of weeks for my son. The telephone operator was very friendly and it was easy to arrange. Thank you :-)”

“Excellent product. Communication regarding delivery & collection excellent. Only thing I can comment on, is, the instructions for repacking. It requests the straps be secured. Being disabled, this is not an easy task, especially when no able body around to assist. Also their delivery driver needs to have some Customer Relation Training. Most unfriendly, but the driver who collected was cheerful & very helpful with regard to the strap securing. Would certainly use Wheelfreedom again.”

Dear Mr Hansen, Thank you for your brilliant feedback. We have spoken to the courier company with regards to your delivery and they have apologised and we can say this is not their usual standard. The courier company do require the item to be boxed as they cannot risk it damaging other items, they are a door to door courier service and their policies advise their staff not to disturb the packages as they are not insured to. “Great service. Wheelchair arrived next day as promised and was collected promptly. The chair itself was very easy to use and gave me freedom around the groundfloor of my home. I feel confident in recommending Wheel Freedom to everyone.”

“We had an elderly relative coming to visit and we needed a solution so they could get around London easier. This was the first time we had used this service, and it made a world of difference to the visit. It was so easy to arrange and was economical too - and the relative loved the fact that they could get around and keep up with us. I would highly recommend it.”

“Great to know that there's a place to hire wheelchairs etc,I needed one in a hurry for my mother in law who isn't very mobile,to attend a funeral. Great service. Even more so when they deliver and pick up too.”
