“One of the reasons forv5 stars, and the main one, is that there is little to tell. At every stage of the hire of the (used Pride Colt) scooter, throughout the 3 years of the contract, the staff at wheelfreedom went out of their way to ensure everything went smoothly, and it did. They were patient when I got the odd missed payment, and prompt when the only fault was a duff charger, which was replaced immediately! I would recommend them to anyone. Allan.”

“Brought wheelchair back in 2021 payed around 5 k had no end of trouble which was sorted but now face having to purchase a nother chair as this one as fell apart the after sales at wheelfreedom is poor find any excuses to get out of supplying replacement promised the earth when purchasing but after they have your money they don’t want to know”

The product in question has generally had very good feedback from our customers regarding its reliability and build quality. Regarding after-sales care/maintenance, we visited you in August and September 2022 to complete some repairs. However, we have not had any contact from you since. “Really impressed with this company, its service and the wheelchair I rented. I broke my leg and ankle and was non weight bearing for 6 weeks. Before having the wheelchair I was helpless! Prompt delivery and collection, all very straightforward.”

“I was very impressed by all aspects of Wheelfreedom's service. Contact was easy , friendly and efficient. A new wheelchair arrived before midday the day after my order, and payment went through without a hitch. The chair was perfect for my needs. Collection was just as smooth. I can recommend their service very highly.”

“My husband and I came in yesterday to look at a powerchair for myself. We'd been searching the internet and decided it was best to look at and sit in one before I made (for us) a significant investment. We called on Tuesday and were advised to call on Wednesday to book, which we did. We arrived a bit early and were greeted by Jess who took us to the chairs and was clearly very knowledgeable about the type of chairs I was looking at. I am a very large lady and was really anxious about finding something that would fit my weight bracket. Jess handled this with so much care and discretion. We were with her for over an hour and she went through so many options but didn't once try to sell me something that I wasn't in need of (like one of the chairs that are more suited to extended use every day). Every question my husband and I had were answered, clearly, professionally, with kindness and patience. We had no intention of actually buying a chair yesterday - we were going to look and then order one online due to the price difference, but Jess made me feel so included, that I mattered and we both felt that she actually cared. It was purely down to her that I did buy the Motion foldaline Trekker (in Silver) even though I'd found it online much, much cheaper (Healthcare pro £2250 + 10% off if you sign up to their emails, and the same offer from Complete Care). Jess was a fantastic ambassador for your company and honestly if I ever need anything disability related I'll be coming direct to yourselves, purely because of the experience yesterday. Buying a wheelchair has been a difficult decision for me as I've always strived to not being in a chair, but she "got it" and worked around the positives etc. She knew about issues with trains, about shoulder discomfort using a scooter and pain using crutches. We don't know if you have a "You're a brilliant employee" award or something, but someone needs to recognise how brilliant Jess is at making buying disabled things not all about the disability. I'd have posted this on your site under reviews, but I couldn't find it anywhere. Thank you for reading, and thank you Jess”
