“Very courteous and prompt service. Very positive experience. My knee scooter was great and allowed me to "scoot" around London while on a trip from the USA. An upgraded pick-up appointment allowed me to make my flight home. My thanks to the whole team.”

“Wonderful service, wheelchair was delivered and collected on the day and time we selected. Chair really easy to use, folding etc. Comfortable, Can't praise it enough.”

“The wheelchair service was very good, but a bit pricey for a hire cost. The chair was quite difficult to attach to the straps in an ambulance. The service over all was prompt and easy to use, but people found the chair hard to push.”

“It was very easy to order the wheelchair via a very friendly and helpful operator. It was at the hotel when I arrived, easy to get out of the box, exactly what I wanted, and no problems with the hotel about leaving it till Monday for collection. My only grouse is having to pay for two weeks hire when I only wanted it for three days, but it still wasn't expensive. I will certainly use your company again if the need arises.”

“We required an electric wheelchair in a hurry and ordered quite late on a Friday afternoon. It was delivered the Saturday morning. The instructions were clear and the assembly very easy. After a 2 week hire, they arranged a collection the following day. We just packed it back into the boxes (which came with their own straps, so no need for parcel tape. An excellent idea.) The quality of the product and excellent service is to be commended. Thank you.”

“I was quite happy with the scooter I hired, from wheel freedom, I had broken a bone in my foot and I needed to get out so I was greatful that wheel care was so helpful in getting a scooter to me in a good time ,I would recommend them anytime, g taylor”

“Once again Wheelfreedom have delivered great service. From first phone call to collection everything was perfect. This was second time we have used Wheelfreedom and we can not fault anything.
