“I cannot recommend Wheelfreedom enough: at a highly stressful time ( I was hiring a wheelchair for my adult son) I was spoken to with understanding and courtesy. The staff were particularly knowledgable and patient and handled every enquiry I made with clarity. I have since purchased the hired wheelchair. Every process was made simple. I would particularly like to mention Debbie and Tracey who are excellent ambassadors for the company.”

“Great customer service if you phone them. Over email, they replied to my message not answering my question and giving me information about completely the wrong product. Given this is a business catering to disabled people, it could do with being a lot more accessible - not everyone can use the phone.”

We always have one of our customer services team monitoring incoming emails as we appreciate not everyone can communicate over the phone. “The lady and gentleman I spoke to over the phone were both very friendly and knowledgeable. The wheelchair was delivered early the next day, beautifully packaged and in excellent condition. This was only ever going to be a short term hire but there was no quibble when I called to arrange for the collection of the wheelchair. A date was arranged to suit me. It was all so easy, a refreshing change. A friendly efficient service which I would highly recommend.”

“When I phoned Wheelfreedom to discuss hiring a chair the lady I spoke to was very helpful and gave me a lot of useful information. Hiring a chair for a few weeks before buying one has been invaluable in working out the essentials. The delivery and collection service was very efficient. I would certainly recommend you.”
