“Fantastic service, delivering and collecting when promised. The knee scooter was so helpful after my bunion operation, particularly as things did not go according to plan and I was off my feet longer than I thought. I mainly used it around the house, as it helped me get from the couch to the loo, but also from the house to the car. Outside was more tricky, as the scooter can be unstable on uneven ground. I had hoped to scoot around outside more, but it only needed a slightly raised paving stone to stop it dead and turn the handlebars, so I decided against it.”

“This firm was recommended by an acquaintance who had used their knee scooter. I am so glad she told me about Wheel freedom: I had a leg in plaster for 7 weeks with no weight bearing. This little scooter made me mobile around the house and on very short outings. The lady I spoke to about hiring such a scooter was friendly, helpful and payment was explained. They arranged delivery as well as collection once I had finished using the scooter. I cannot recommend this firm highly enough. A really good experience!!”

“Excellent service. I have hired a folding wheelchair several times to help my father enjoy our family holidays. The chairs have been on planes, boats and over many cobblestones with no problems whatsoever. The delivery & collection services are very efficient, staff very helpful and we have found the flexible hire and billing arrangements really helpful. I would not hesitate to recommend this firm.”

“needed a wheelchair urgently after leaving hospital after breaking my leg in two places and my sons wedding on that weekend so i telephoned spoke with very helpful lady and my husband was able to collect (as we were local) that day so i did not need to worry about not being able to get a wheelchair as i had telephoned a few companies previous to this and was unable to get one as i needed a right leg elevation support wheelchair was very good quality would highly recommend this company.”

“From a delivery and pick up point of view, I cannot fault the service. The person delivering the mobility scooter arrived when booked, showed us exactly how it worked, and how it broke down so that we could put it in the car, and then picked it up at exactly the allocated time. My Dad loved being able to scooter round the parks and Common. Thank you. Excellent service.”

“Excellent service. The wheelchair was delivered swiftly and well packaged and the pickup worked equally well. The wheelchair was in good condition and exactly what I needed to keep me mobile day to day as well as to take onto our honeymoon last year which involved flying to and from Japan. I hope my recovery means I do not need to call on the service again personally but will definitely recommend to others.”
