“Was desperate for a wheelchair for a friend.I phoned the number greeted by a happy helpful person. Who in 5 minutes had organised the wheechair its delivery and collection. Wonderful Service”

“The service was excellent. All the members of staff that I spoke to were friendly and helpful. As for the wheeled trolley.... completely invaluable. The consultant had suggested that it would be a good idea to hire one after an operation on my foot to fuse a joint. However I had a zimmer that had belonged to my mother and thought that would be OK for the six weeks. WRONG! The zimmer was such hard work and of course both hands are needed. So I 'phoned to hire a four wheel trolley. It was such a good idea. Both hands are free and there's virtually no effort required to move around. I am now in a walking boot - but would not hesitate to recommend one of these trolleys.”

“This is literally a life saving service. The wheelchair arrived very quickly and was easy to unpack and set up. 3 days after a very serious injury I got mobility back thanks to you. I would highly recommend to anyone who suddenly finds themselves immobilized due to accident. Thank you so very much.”

“I cant recommend the knee scooter enough! My mum severely broke her ankle 3 months ago (full surgery, pins and plates) and was literally just given a zimmerframe by the NHS to get around. She's 72 and although fit and healthy didn't have the upper body strength to use the frame. A friend of mine mentioned the knee scooter and it was absolutely brilliant. Such a simple idea that allowed my mum to get her independence back, to get out and about all the while allowing the bone to heal by being supported on the scooter. I took the scooter into the hospital and the physio and doctors also thought it was excellent. I really don't understand why doctors aren't recommending your products to anyone in the same situation. Equally your client service is great too. Thanks, Nicola”

“I'm usually home-bound but needed to go out for a special occasion, so was looking for a light fold-up wheelchair for the first time in my life. I really appreciated the service from Wheel Freedom, from the empathy of the first call (to make the booking), to the prompt delivery and collection (with an exceptionally bright, kind delivery person). The instructions were clear and simple to follow and worked a treat ! I highly recommend Wheel Freedom for those who need a wheel chair as a one-off, like I did. Prompt, clear and fantastic service, thank you !”

“The knee trolley was much safer than crutches particularly for people over 65. It would be good to be warned that the trolley can tip over if the legs get entangled with furniture and the edges of the trolley then cause quite bad bruising as a result of falling. If the edges were more rounded that would help. I had to use a sheepskin over the foam pads as they grazed my knee. The instructions would have been improved by a diagram of assembly. The terms and conditions were not written in plain English and could do with reviewing. Not very customer friendly. Sending to me and sending back was made very easy which was a big plus. What a pity they are so expensive to buy. The NHS could do with more of these trolleys.”

“I was non weight bearing for 6 weeks & using crutches was hard work. The Knee Scooter was an absolute godsend. It meant I could easily get around safe, while protecting my leg. It also gave me independence which is so important I would recommend Wheel Freedom every time! Thank you so much”

“My daughter had very bad SPD in pregnancy and was unable to walk the last few months. Unable to get a wheelchair through the NHS I found wheelfreedom through a few searches. They were simply amazing. Very quick delivery. Clear payment structure that was very good value for money. Collection equally swift and hassle free. All communication was clear and helpful. I cannot recommend this company enough for reasonably priced wheelchair hire. It allowed my daughter to get out and about those last few months and made a huge difference to her enjoyment of the pregnancy. Thanks for all your help.”
