“Wheelchair was delivered promptly & easy to unpack from its carrier ready assembled apart from fixing on foot rests, very happy with Wheelchair & if one was needed again would use Wheelfreedom”

“Really great service. We booked the chair no problem, had it delivered directly to our door two days later, it was in perfect condition and it was then collected from us again on the date we specified. It was lightweight and sturdy, and the customer service from the Wheelfreedom team was excellent. I even got a phone call to let me know they'd received the chair back at their depot again. The only minor faff is that the delivery and collection time windows are pretty broad (9am-5pm for collection) so you need to make sure someone's home for that, but other than that it was perfect.”

“Needing to hire a wheelchair for a short term, I was attracted by not having to be locked into a lengthy contract. From my first enquiry I was met with helpfulness, courtesy and extreme efficiency, with next day delivery and clever packaging. This even included swapping one hire package for another part-way through. Highly recommend this firm.”

“Excellent service with clear initial help, advice, full information and booking by phone. Delivery and collection all very well organised with support contact / confirmation by phone and e-mail regarding this. The lightweight wheelchair was the good and safe model expected and in very good condition. Many thanks for help at a worrying time!”

“From the time I entered the show room of wheel freedom I felt comfortable and after meeting Martin I relaxed,I was very nervous about trying a new wheelchair as I had already purchased two before in other shops but I told Martin what I needed and after Martin showed me the one in question I was very pleased with his choice , I found the showroom was amazing with lots of room to try appliances out was so clean and bright it was a pleasure to be there I would definitely reccomend it my friends ,the bonus was a lovely cup of coffee ,to finish it off so thank you very much Wheelfreedomthat I chose the right model for my needs. After that, as there was to be a delay in receiving my chair, they very kindly said I could come to Wheel Freedom as often as I wished, to borrow their own chair (the same model as the one I had chosen) to practice my driving skills. Then, when the chair was finally delivered to my home, Craig came to assist me. He ensured that at the arm & foot rests and seat back were correctly positioned for me and then (most essentially !!) explained to me how to drive my chair safely and left me feeling confident & happy. Well done, guys. Angela”

“Needing help with a wheelchair is not the happiest of situations but these folks were a big help. Quick efficient and a more comfortable wheelchair than eventually provided by the NHS. Delivery was as promised, the same with collection. The only small thing you have to be mindful of is to have somewhere to store the box for it's return. Postscript - I forgot to ask for a summary of costs but 9 months later they responded within 24 hours of my request. No fuss, just done. Thanks are in order!”

“I had never used a wheelchair before. Ordering was easy. The team at Wheelfreedom helped me choose the most appropriate chair and the delivery was very prompt. I found the chair manoeuvreable and easy to use and it enabled me to do things I wouldn’t otherwise have been able to do including going to get my covid jab. Excellent service. Thankyou.”

“This is the second time I have used them. The booking preocedure was very quickand straightforward. The wheelchair should have arrived by 12.00 on the folowing day but the courier's van broke down. I was kept informed of the situation and the wheelchair wa delivered later that day. Returning the wheelchair is easy. I put it into the carton that it was delivered in and the courier collected it on the agreed day. I would certainly use them again.”

“I needed a wheel chair due to an arthritis flare up, phone Wheelfreedom and it was on my doorstep 24 hours later. Brilliant customer service, delivery and pick up is as easy and convenient as it gets and all very reasonably priced. Wheelchair was clean, lightweight, easy to fold down for the car...everything I needed. Couldn’t recommend highly enough.”
