“I had a serious accident that prevented me from walking. Being a mum to my 7 year old this made me upset not being able to go places with him andown my husband. He plays Rugby and being able to go and watch him has made all our days. Thank you so much for my independence. Prompt and efficient service. ????????????????????”

“Excellent service. Wheelchair arrived next day and proved ideal for the purposes required. It was also collected on the day arranged. Friendly and informative advice on initial telephone enquiry. I would recommend the service to anyone needing a wheelchair .”

“An excellent service. Very friendly helpful information via a telephone call. Service was delivered and collected as stated. The wheelchair worked very well but one of the handles was a little lose and one of the foot rests did not stay in the up position when the individual was getting in and out of the chair and the footrest strap was twisted. These were small problems and not severe enough to call for help but perhaps a more thorough check of the wheelchair needs to be made before leaving the depot. Overall I found the service very good.”

“Excellent service from Wheel Freedom for the hire of the wheelchair while my husband was recovering from a foot injury. Easy to order, easy delivery and pick up. The wheelchair was comfy but I did find it difficult to wheel him over the slightest pavement rise - thicker wheels might have made it easier to handle. I would certainly hire from Wheel Freedom again.”

“We used the wheelchair to take my father to Chelsea flower show. It arrived on time was invaluable on the day and allowed an 88yr old to cross another item off his bucket list. Unpacking and packing were a doddle as was arranging collection. We would definitely use this service again.”

“"I found it very easy to order the correct wheelchair, it was delivered the very next day and it was like a new item. My grandaughter used it for nearly four weeks without any problems and it was picked up on the arranged day. I highly recommend this company to anybody who needs this type of equipment. I cannot thank them enough as there were no wheelchairs available locally".”

“A very speedy service lightweight easy folding chair helped me cope after breaking my foot in two places... As it was insured and there is an emergency breakdown service it was well worth it.... I even considered taking it on holiday to Portugal but got off crutches in time !! Return was arranged speedily l have no hesitation in recommending this great service”

“The service was fantastic - ordered at 4.00pm and it was in West Wales by 10.00am the next morning. Such friendly courteous girl that took the order - they couldn't be more highly recommended. Wheelchair was in first class condition,, easy to unpack and pack again. If you need a Wheelchair please use Wheelfreedom. Regards,”

“We found your equipment easy to use. Having suffered from Cerebral palsy since birth which in my case affected my walking, while I can walk short distances, longer distances are not so easy. It was nice to be able to be pushed around when visiting gardens and other things like that. Will certainly take advantage of your product again.”

“I was amazed by this service - needing a wheelchair the next day to get someone to the optician I phoned local agencies who said they would let me know when one was available - probably a month or so - but I needed it the next day - and while not cheap - there is was in the box delivered the next day. All worked well and collection back was just as easy. Wow!”

“The knee trolley I hired gave me the freedom of hands free again after a couple of weeks having to live with crutches. I had a non weight bearing broken ankle injury & the trolley was my life saver. It was so simple to hire & their customer service is great. If you have a similar injury dont think just hire!!”

“Excellent, affordable service. I hired a wheelchair for my elderly father so I could take him to Portugal. Wheelfreedom delivered and collected the chair on time and the service was excellent. My fussy old Dad was very happy with the wheelchair and commented on how comfortable it was.”
