“We were in need of a wheelchair urgently following a skiing accident at Christmas, for a child. Wheelfreedom were extremely helpful and delivery was made early the next day. We used the chair for 2 months. Collection was easy and the company coukd not have been more helpful”

“I found wheelfreedom online while searching wheelchair hire. I found the website easy and informative but nothing beats speaking to a person. The lady I spoke to (apologies for not remembering her name!) was very helpful. Everything about the hire was explained fully. I was also impressed how quickly and efficiently the wheelchair hire was arranged. The collection process was equally as effective. Thankyou .”

“Ordered a wheelchair to help my mother recover from knee surgery. Ordering was very simple; pleasant, helpful staff processed the order over the phone. Delivery was quick and efficient on a pre-agreed date. Costs were transparent and fair. The wheelchair was well made, simple to set up and use, very lightweight and easy to transport. Returning the wheelchair was very quick and effective. Next day collection and the product was easy to repack. Very happy with the overall service and quality”

“Very pleased with the quality of the hire chair and felt it was very good value for money. It was very reassuring to be able to speak to actual human beings over the phone, as opposed to messages via the web. All the staff we spoke to were first class and caring particularly Sue who deserves a special mention. We would definitely use them again.”

“Delivery and collection was prompt and hassle free, the wheelchair itself was easy to assemble. It was well suited for the heavier person and handled very well. It has been a huge help as my husband was able to go watch the fireworks at a display for the first time with the grandkids. We were considering on purchasing a wheelchair from yourselves, so if you could email me prices for wheelchairs for 22 stone plus persons. But also one thats compact enough to go into a boot of a car.”

“Very professional service - I rang 3x in total, firstly to order which was dealt with the super-efficiency; 1x at the end to return the wheelchair, I spoke to the same person. In the middle I rang to ask for an extra leg rest, they wanted me to call back, but when I said no, I am working they left a note for actioning on Monday and action was prompt. My only slight niggle was the strength required to tighten the leg rests with the Allen key. The leg rest came undone quite often when out and travelling over uneven surfaces.”
