“The knee trolley gave me my life back after major foot surgery. I was not only able to get about the house I could do household chores as well which kept all my muscles in good form. I could also take myself to the pub!”

“Just what the doctor ordered (excuse the pun). The wheelchair allowed my daughter to get around supporting her leg as required. An excellent service and wouldn't hesitate to use it again. Rob (Kent)”

“Very impressed, good advice given on type of wheelchair to have. Very affordable prices backed up by speedy delivery and excellent customer service. Wheelchair was very Sid and stable/excellent and gave me my freedom after breaking my back and ankle. It was easy to manouvre around the house and easy to collapse to put in car and store if we went shopping, visiting friends and restaurants etc”

“We were very pleased with Wheelfreedom - the telephone service was helpful and the delivery prompt. The wheel chair was just what we needed for my wife for several weeks as she had fractured her fibula and was unable to walk.”

“Wheelfreedom offer an excellent service.When the vehicle which I had originally ordered proved impracticable for my flat they were very quick to see the difficulty I would encounter and promptly offered an alternative.This was ideal ,was very quickly delivered and advice and further service about ramps etc was always knowledgeable and helpful. Dealing with them made a difficult period a lot easier.”

“I ordered a wheel chair at very short notice one week before Christmas. It arrived the next day. My mother was concerned that the wheel chair should be sturdy as we live in a rural, hilly area and it was robust with plenty of room for her. As I didn't know when I would be finished with the wheel chair, I organised collection with one day's notice and that was all handled efficiently as well. Will definitely be using the service again.”

“Box in which wheelchair was shipped not strong enough - part of chair had broken through the cardboard and this made it very difficult to remove from box. Wheelchair was new and so rather stiff in parts to assemble. Otherwise wheelchair was excellent - very comfortable and exactly what we needed. Good response from customer services. Will be happy to use again and recommend.”

“We were very pleased with the service and the efficiency of it all. It was an area of life that was totally unknown to us and we were impressed by the simplicity of it all. That said I found finishing the hire online was somewhat confusing and cancelled the hire 3 times I think! Perhaps that area could be redesigned for the use of us old gits!! Overall many thanks and have already recommended your service to others.”
