“needed a wheelchair urgently after leaving hospital after breaking my leg in two places and my sons wedding on that weekend so i telephoned spoke with very helpful lady and my husband was able to collect (as we were local) that day so i did not need to worry about not being able to get a wheelchair as i had telephoned a few companies previous to this and was unable to get one as i needed a right leg elevation support wheelchair was very good quality would highly recommend this company.”

“V Pleased with prompt delivery but not happy that pickup was between 9+5. However my son in law was able to find out what time the driver expected to arrive, so thank you for the help given to us. I would use you again if the need arises.”

“From a delivery and pick up point of view, I cannot fault the service. The person delivering the mobility scooter arrived when booked, showed us exactly how it worked, and how it broke down so that we could put it in the car, and then picked it up at exactly the allocated time. My Dad loved being able to scooter round the parks and Common. Thank you. Excellent service.”

“Excellent service. The wheelchair was delivered swiftly and well packaged and the pickup worked equally well. The wheelchair was in good condition and exactly what I needed to keep me mobile day to day as well as to take onto our honeymoon last year which involved flying to and from Japan. I hope my recovery means I do not need to call on the service again personally but will definitely recommend to others.”

“I live in the US, and I recently rented a chair for a visit to family in UK. This was the first time I have rented a wheelchair, and when researching options, I couldn't get over how reasonably priced rental from Wheelfreedom was. I was expecting to pay more than double what it cost me. The chair arrived exactly as scheduled, and was in almost-new condition (just a few minor scrapes on the paint). Although the box was quite badly damaged the chair itself was fine. The box was easy to open and re-close, and the instructions were comprehensive and easy to follow. I especially liked that you could have the chair picked up from a different location, as we were visiting family members at opposite ends of the country. When it came to collecting the chair, a quick phonecall and it was all arranged. Overall an extremely positive experience.”

“I recently developed mobility problems and was provided with an attendant controlled wheelchair by my Physio. However, I required more freedom from using a self-propelled chair, (not recommended because of weak upper body strength) and decided to use your services. The chair was delivered without any fuss and given a thorough trial. Unfortunately I was not able to utilise it properly and reluctantly had to return it. May I just say I was delighted with the service and will certainly use it in the future if I can and will recommend it to my circle of friends in the cardio support group I attend. Thank you”

“We hired a wheelchair for our holiday in Devon because our eldest daughter had fractured her ankle. WheelFreedom were excellent. We arranged to have the chair delivered to the offices of the company we were renting the apartment from and it was there when we arrived. Great service, excellent wheelchair and my daughter was very grateful for it. Pushing her up a hill certainly kept me fit! I would not hesitate to recommend WheelFreedom.”

“I ordered a wheelchair for a few weeks whilst my mobility was affected due to a fractured foot. I was very happy with the service. It was simple to order and pay online and the couriers delivered and picked up at the stated times, with the option to leave the chair in the porch if we were going out. (ie I didn't have to wait in all day for a delivery!) The chair was as described on the website and the hire charge was very reasonable and affordable. We would definately recommend the service and would use again if needed!”

“I hired a chair from wheel freedom on the Tuesday it was delivered on the date requested Unfortunately it was not suitable for my purposes so I phoned for it to be returned a lady called Sue took the phone call who l must say was very pleasant and very helpful the wheelchair was picked up the next day with a full refund of the hire which I had paid no fuss no problems so strait forward a fantastic company to deal with I highly recommend this company .”

“The electric scooter was hired by me for a gentleman in my tour group. It was to give him complete independence in London and helped his stay enormously. The scooter was delivered promptly in excellent condition, and everything in working order (eg lights and hooter!). Easy to book and liaise with the team in the London office”

“Pleasant staff on the other end of the phone, fast delivery and collection. As an amputee having some revision surgery meaning I had to stay off my prosthesis for a number of weeks finding a wheel chair provider who provided stump boards was proving a real pain until I came across Wheelfreedom...10 out of 10. Competitive on price and well maintained wheelchair. Would happily use again.”

“Wheelfreedom was a life saver when my husband broke his leg - the wheelchair arrived the day after I ordered it and the chair was of good quality and repair. Once we no longer need the chair, I simply phoned and the chair was picked up 24 hours later. If you need a temporary chair, I really recommend Wheelfreedom.”
