“Good comms, friendly people delivering on time and with excellent service to explain driving. Collection no problem and has given us a great idea of how scooters can contribute to mobility and which way to go. Wouldn't hesitate to recommend.”

“Brilliant service. Really helpful choosing the right wheelchair. Quick delivery/pick up. Excellent product, light, easy to use. Thank you so much. It was the first time since mum became ill that she was able to go out and attend an event, she so wanted to go to. It couldn't have happened without the wheelchair. She had a fantastic day and you helped it happen!!👍🏽😀😀”

“Very helpful staff. Communication excellent - e-mails confirming date of delivery and collection. Wheel chair arrived on time and day agreed and in working order. Wheel chair collected on time and date agreed. No complaints at all - Thank you”

Please accept our sincere apologies that the wheelchair you received was faulty, unfortunately, this was due to the wheelchair being damaged in transit by our courier. This is a very rare occurrence and we provide a next working day replacement service if our customers experience any issues with the wheelchair they hire from us. Please be advised that this is not our normal standard at all and as per our conversation last week, we have we have processed a full refund for you. If there is anything further we can assist you with, please don't hesitate to contact us.

Thank you for your feedback. Can I please offer our sincere apologies for the wheelchair not being up to standard. All of our wheelchairs are cleaned and serviced before being sent out on hire.
