“Hi found website sent a couple of emails for the starter motor I wanted (just double checking) telephoned all sorted in minutes ,received it within 48 hours everything went smoothly really chuffed thankyou west lancs.”

“Goods not despatched "same day" as stated on web site. Was needed as vehicle was off the road Quality product @ excellent price Now had both alternator & starter motor for the company with no complaints of quality, only thing that let them down was delivery, eg not despatched same day of ordering”

However if it has passed the cut off time for collection by the couriers this is not always possible. “Excellent communication, excellent price, excellent product, excellent delivery & pick up. Can not fault product £155 for refurbished product with 18 months guarantee as opposed to £120 for one from a scrap yard with 2 months guarantee. Why would you go anywhere else.”

“Excellent product, fantastic service for both delivery & pick up of old unit. The price was superb, I was quoted £120 for an untested one from a scrap yard with 2 months guarantee, West Lancashire charged £155 for reconditioned with 18 months guarantee. No contest thanks for your help and assistance.”
