“They sent me out the wrong alternator, wasn't even for my make of car when they was given my reg and my make and model of car. 2 weeks on and I'm still waiting to be reimbursed company is a dam joke avoid at all costs!”

Hi Robert We can only apologize for sending out the wrong alternator. Unfortunately This can happen occasionally if you haven't actually given us the reference/part number from the old unit. When we were informed of the situation and the fact that you did not want to wait for the correct replacement we sent you a pre-paid label for the return of the alternator. You sent it back with no paperwork so it took us longer to establish the reason for return, but as soon as we did you were immediately credited with the full purchase price. Card payments take 5-10 days to show up on a persons account even though they have been processed at this end. This we have no control over whatsoever. In view of this we consider your negative review to be totally unfounded and unfair.

“Dear Sir, I am very happy with my starter. It was a good price and the Gentleman that I spoke to on the phone was very helpful and polite. “Quick reply to initial enquiry,good advice, fast delivery,great price and warranty. Also I was mistakenly sent the wrong starter when I phoned to inform them I got a call back within 20mins with a replacement dispatched that day which I recieved before lunch the following day. I would have no hesitation in using this company again and recommending them to others.”

“What a fantastic way to start the new year with a new starting motor that was supplied next day and you sent the right one which you had to investigate as there was two types for my year and model and unlike other suppliers you did the investigating and bingo came up Trumps, well done. “From the initial quote to the delivery as well as the communication, everything was very professional. I will definitely buy from you again. I am also pleased that you picked the right starter motor for my car. It had the wrong one on with a rattle against the body which I could not find. The rattle disappeared just after the starter motor was fitted. I am over the moon, and my car start now as it should. Thanks.”
