“What a fantastic way to start the new year with a new starting motor that was supplied next day and you sent the right one which you had to investigate as there was two types for my year and model and unlike other suppliers you did the investigating and bingo came up Trumps, well done. I will definitely use you again and have already made other people wise to choosing a great service. Many thanks again Francis Doherty London”

“From the initial quote to the delivery as well as the communication, everything was very professional. I will definitely buy from you again. I am also pleased that you picked the right starter motor for my car. It had the wrong one on with a rattle against the body which I could not find. The rattle disappeared just after the starter motor was fitted. I am over the moon, and my car start now as it should. Thanks.”

“Once again excellent service from West Lancs. My VW T25 Devon auto needed a new starter motor and the West Lancs offering was about half the price of similar offerings from other well known VW suppliers. Courier delivery was prompt and there is pre-payment of the return. Only time will tell whether that is good value but so far so good and there is an 18 month guarantee.”

Hi Mr Rees We are sorry you were unhappy with our after sales service.Whilst our sales manager cannot remember each individual phone call, I am assured that he would never deliberately shout at any customer. I apologize if you think this is what happened in your case, but as you can see from our hundreds of reviews we pride ourselves on our customer service. This is backed up by the replies we recieve and we consider it to be second to none

“The alternator I ordered was the right one at the right price delivered when they said it would be the driver even phoned to tell me what time it would arrive and in the pack was all the information how to return the old alternator and a choice of places to be collected free of charge all in all I thought it was an excellent service.Tony Stoke on Trent.”
