“Thanks for all your help getting me a 12 volt/160 amp alternator for my 1993 Fleetwood American Eagle Motorhome.I was going to get one from USA because 12 volt alternators for coaches are rare in Europe but you had one for the job and most likeley cheaper than importing one.Great communication during purchase and I will enjoy the small suprise in the box you sent.Cheers,Roger.”

“Hi all, I have always thought that the mark of a good business is not when things go well, but when things go (slightly) wrong. The first alternator for my marine engine that was shipped to me was not quite right, "no problem" they said, we'll collect it together with your existing alternator for a better ID. The very next day they were both collected and a couple of days later the correct alternator arrived. I have no problem at all with recommending your excellent service to others. Dave”

“Very helpful, received some very useful advice. Price very competitive. Quite down to earth in a no nonsense sort of way. Item delivered in under 24 hours from ordering. Not yet fitted to car but confident that if there are any problems they will sorted without difficulty. Ten out of ten and a gold star from me !”

“Had a problem with an alternator on a Bayliner boat, Cummins 2.8 diesel. Was concerned that a standard Bosch replacement might not be compatible so arranged for the faulty unit to be picked up, repaired and returned. It was picked up the next day a phone call the day after to say it was faulty and a rebuilt one sent to me all in the space of a few days. Although the unit sent to me was not the one returned it was fine - worked a treat. Excellent service no delivery costs for pick up or return and competitive price. Highly recommended.”

“I have a rare Japanese imported car that is 25 years old. My starter motor needed replacing and I tried several on-line websites for the part but without success. I was quoted a very expensive price for the part from my local spares shop. After finding West Lancs auto electrics on-line, they offered the part for half the price, including VAT and delivery. The part arrived as promised as has been fitted. I would certainly recommend this company to anyone who needs a starter motor. The sales manager, Matthew was particularly helpful, with quick positive replies to my many enquiries. Thank you West Lanca for a terrific service. 10 out of 10. M.Eatwell. Chesham. Bucks.”

“Recently bought an alternator from these chaps and had a couple of problems with it, but after a phone call and sending it back they checked it over found the problem and rang me back with apologies and had already sourced another one and were sending on to me,again it arrived the next day,Saturday, and was the real deal. It was really nice to deal with some decent blokes that obviously know their job and aren't out to rip you off,I paid the original price of the alternator with no extra charges for delivery or collection, I highly recommend anyone using their services, I'm well pleased”

“Thank you for the PT Cruiser starter motor as ordered. Well packaged and as described, it came within a few days of ordering. Worried about returning the old unit in the allotted time....don't......a phone call and some helpful staff put my mind at rest when my mechanic couldn't complete the job in the time required. Friendly and helpful I would certainly recommend them and would use again although that would mean I had another problem and apologies but I don't really want to many problems. Thanks again.”
