“Meant to be next day delivery! Ordered on 29th December. Still not arrived by 5pm on 3rd Jan with no update or tracking facility offered. Yet to be impressed with your service!!!”

Hi Peter. Thank you for the feedback which we always welcome. Under normal circumstances, our service is next-day delivery, but once we hand goods over to the couriers it is in their hands. Your order occurred over the holiday period between Christmas and New Year, so I can only assume that is why it took longer for the goods to reach you.

“Cannot believe the speed in actioning my request...fantastic. Now to fit the alternator and test.... but it will be a few days before that. “First class service. Ordered my replacement alternator on Sunday, was delivered on Tuesday! Quick, efficient and courteous service. Quality components and an 18 month warranty. What's not to be happy with? Highly recommended. Oh yes, thanks for the wee bag of sweeties too!”
