“Helpful advice before buying . Excellent packaging and exchange instructions. Product was reconditioned unit looking as new and worked perfectly. All this at the best price I could find. I would strongly recommend these guys who have given me faith that the old days of quality service have not completely disappeared.”

“My starter motor was an out of stock old Lucas one, they had a replacements and delivered it swiftly. They had to send it to a friend in the Boarders as delivery to Aberdeenshire cost extra. All that remains is to see if it can last another 23 years!!!”

“We run a fleet of taxis and have used West Lancs on many occasions.They are efficient and helpful.Their prices are very competitive and their delivery is always on the day after ordering. On the rare occasion that a problem arises they deal with it immediately. When we need to replace a Starter Motor or an Alternator our first move is to contact West Lancs.”

“Completed the on-line inquiry for a new alternator, received reply within a couple of hours, I ordered it over the phone (just to make sure E-Company was legit, you never know!!) quoting reference number, delivered next day free of charge to the garage who were carrying out the repair, Competitive pricing along with 18 months warranty, all ticker-ta-boo :-) Very efficient, would definitely use again.”
