“Ordered an alternator for a BMW 525d (E60) exhibiting multiple issues: such as, pulsating headlights, random warning messages about multiple systems, brief intermittent radio silences, and rough running. West Lancs' price was the best I could find, short of buying a used alternator from a breakers yard. The supplied alternator is working perfectly and has transformed the behaviour of my car. Thanks.”

“Enquired Monday May 23 rd late in the evenining reply 1st thing 8:12 am on 24th to confirm type & quote for delivery off shore, they had to aquire item and packaged most securely, delivered Monday am 30th All as requested Would use company again”

“I ordered too late in afternoon for dispatch that day, but unit arrived 2nd working day - so was effectively next-day delivery. Order tracking on website would have saved me a phone call, but otherwise can't fault the process. The replacement alternator was as described and has got the car running again. The price was very competitive, so what more could you want. 5 stars!”
