“Had a starter motor on an older John Deere GX-75 lawnmower fail and was struggling to locate a replacement, and those sites that did offer one were charging silly money. E-Mailed West Lancs Auto a picture of it, they quoted me what was a really good price, i ordered and it turn up the following day. Installed it over the weekend and all up and running again. Definitely recommend this supplier.”

“Having spoken, I was confident that the alternator would be totally correct technically. Fast delivery then followed and I thought the returns procedure well thought out - very simple and just had to drop it off at a local collection point.”

“Very pleased with the service given. Good price. Altenator fitted fine and working. Delivery and collection by DPD worked well and was kept informed of delivery and on the return of the old unit. Overall, a very good service. 5 star rating.”

“Unit seems to be working well although it was initially noisy and smelled of burning paint. The couriers were chaotic and delivery was delayed due to this. Their online system is not user friendly and in the end your guys needed to sort it out. Regards.”
