“I was concerned about getting the right alternator, as BMW had fitted several types during my car's year of manufacture. But I was assured they would supply the correct part, and they were right. It was also cheaper than the price quoted by my local garage.”

“The guy who answered the phone to me has quite a serious attitude problem. Very blunt and cantankerous with no customer care skills.”

Hi Jamie Burgoyne We are sorry you were upset by your perceived view of the attitude of our telephone operative. However, are you sure you did not mistake the straightforward, no-nonsense way of speaking common to Lancashire as being "blunt and cantankerous?" You need only look at our many five star reviews to see that lots of them refer to the helpful, friendly and knowledgable staff. As you went on to purchase the alternator I can only assume you were not overly affected by it.
