“Given the service and interest I received I really do want to compliment your people. Two days before Christmas we were 206 mile south of your workshop holding a destroyed starter motor that was off our diesel generator, our only source of electricity and heating. I had brief discussion with the man who was at work early and tried to describe what exactly I needed. I though the one I had seen on you web page was the one, but knowing just how many types of starter exist I decided to hire a car and drive up. We battled the traffic delays and called ahead to apologise for out late arrival. “Don’t worry, we will wait and find the starter you need” was the reply. Sure enough two blokes were waiting at the door when we arrived around 4:30 PM. They then took it upon themselves to solve the problem, with an obvious pride and “we can do it” attitude. They searched, checked, measured and searched again, then good as their word located the correct item. There is lots of talk about “Modern Customer Service” but nothing beats people you have pride and care about their work. We drove back our 206 mile glad to have met tradesmen and people who actually care. And by the way the price was half than that which the OEM would have charged. My thanks and hopes that your people and business has a successful year ahead.”

“I was well impressed with my new alternator. It arrived within a couple of days of ordering and that was over the Christmas period.It was very well packed with all sorts of padding. I fitted it and started the engine up and it worked perfecty putting a full charge out. The price was really good at £120.00, the only other one that was close to it was the same price but it was a second hand used one. My last alternator lasted nearly 14 years and if it lasts anything like that I will be very happy indeed. Cheers West Lanc's.”

“Worst company I have ever had the misfortune to deal with....selling faulty reconditioned goods and customer service is appalling….Alternator kept breaking down and they wouldn't admit to faulty goods...when I sent it back they didn't even acknowledge the unit was faulty ...worse still they didn't tell me if it WAS repaired and could be refitted This refurb unit has cost me more than buying a new one...terrible company... save your money and shop elsewhere”

Thank you for your totally inaccurate and untruthful review The alternator in question was purchased in Feb 2018 It was repaired under warranty in Feb 2019 at no cost to yourself after giving perfect service for 12 months Then in Dec 2019, you informed us that the alternator was faulty after being i service for 22 months You were politely informed that the alternator was therefore no longer under warranty which is 18 months, but could be a chargeable repair if found to be faulty on return At this stage, you became abusive in your emails, using swear words and disgusting language and wishing all manner of bad things upon us in the New Year At this point, we ceased all communication with you Your distorted and one-sided review is not a factual account of the situation and does not take into account the disgraceful way you acted towards our company. We feel it is wrong that you are able to make threats and leave defamatory comments, so we wish to state the true facts in order to redress the balance.
