“When purchasing car parts online, it can be a minefield with manufacturers fitting different parts to car upgrades. I needed an alternator for my car and soon realised after searching online that positively identifying the correct one for my car wasn't easy. Fortunately during my search I found West Lancs Auto Electrical, they took all the hassle and worry about getting the right one for my car. I input my details, they sent me a quote and followed it up with a reassuring email the following day. The price was very reasonable and it came with an 18 month guarantee delivered free the next day. The day after I received the alternator they followed up with a customer satisfaction email thanking me for choosing them to supply my part, all very good customer relations. I feel confident that in the unlikely event of the alternator failing there wouldn't be an issue with this company. Based on my experience I wouldn't hesitate in recommending West Lancs Auto Electrical PS as an aside the post and package was first class and the alternator really does ooze quality, very sturdy and well made.”
