“Needed to replace the alternator on my 1974 Triumph TR6 .. a search of the web revealed West Lancs AER and the reviews were very positive so I decided to take a punt. Firstly, I must add that I usually buy from local traders but nothing came up on the web in Scotland so I was forced to look elsewhere. No worries here, the guys at West Lancs are very knowledgeable and extremely helpful and I got exactly the right, upgraded unit, which I have run for a couple of hundred miles. The 18 month warranty is also a bonus. Highly recommended.”

“Online request made ( along with other equities from other suppliers) west lancs responded quickly with an excellent online delivery price with 18month warranty. I needed the part quick quick and this they delivered with next day delivery. There's nothing worse then not having your car on the road, thanks to west lancs I was trailing a blaze. Thankyou”

“Emailed for a quote overnight WLA sent quote first thing next morning they matched a replacement starter motor perfectly at a very competitive price hassle free purchase over the phone excellent free delivery service by DPD who keep you informed of delivery date and time. Received purchase within 2 days no manufacturers name on unit but quality of starter motor looks good as for longevity? Well time will tell. Overall very pleased with service and unit.”

“Easy to deal with, very competitive pricing return process had an issue as the return label bar code could not be read as the vendor must have been getting low on ink in their printer other than that no issues will definitely go to them if I have further needs well done west lancs”

“They were able to supply a refurbished bosch unit identical to the original, received next day, It worked perfectly. They also supplied a reply paid label to return the original. I spoke to a knowledgable person. A number of other suppliers did not have the unit. The price was very competitive. I would certainly use again.”
