“Dear Sirs, Absolutely fantastic service (alternator for 12 year old audio A4) Able to speak to some one who actually knew what they were talking about (I spoke to a number of garages, parts department and national chains who had people who clearly did not know what they were selling) Rapid next day delivery (as standard which actually happened on time), very simple to return old alternator from my local petrol station (free) Was quoted over £450 from Audi parts (without fitting) and over £250 from national tyre/battery chain (without delivery and collection charges which were extra I was told) I paid West Lancs Auto £125 pounds saving over £325 (including currier costs) I cannot recommend this company highly enough 10 out of 10 (if not more) for advice, service, cost and the actual component (The little red battery light has gone) Peter Yours sincerely,”

“Hello Matthew, My feedback for your company is 10 out of 10. The service was hassle free. I was impressed with the rapid and clear quote with total price written in bold large characters. I didn't compare prices - the price you quoted I considered keen. I chose your company over another whose reply didn't quote any prices only saying there are several types could I reply with the exact model number. My car is a Rover Cabriolet and covered 252,000 miles. As can imagine trying to read the original alternator label still fitted wasn't going to be easy. In 5 minutes of your quote I had placed the order and arranged specific details in the delivery. The person I spoke with was friendly and courteous. I was impressed with the regular communication by text on the delivery progress and links to revise delivery instructions. The replacement alternator was dead easy to install with identical electrical fittings. A few minutes of smoke as expect on run up and has since been running a dream with much more power than previous. Thanks again for a first class service. Rob Strachan”
