“Brilliant service very very helpful couldn't have asked for anymore .Also the price was amazing as I was quoted quite a lot more for the part from the main dealers .I have given your card to my mechanic at the garage I use . I would recommend yor company .”

“Very helpful , was kept up to date with delivery , arrived when they said it would & was still the cheapest I could find , only complaint I have is that there wasn't a little man in the box to fit it for me cos it was not easy to get at ????????????????”

“I wrote a review some time ago giving a high rating, unfortunately I have had a series of disappointing experiences.Sorry West Lancs, you were always good in the past. but lately your products have been less reliable and your telephone service a bit down on previous experience. Hopefully this is all because you are getting busier and will get back on course.”

“Sadly your service has been let down by the courier DPD. They text my phone to tell me the delivery would be between 12.30 -13.30. At half past two I tried to track, finally speaking to a human being to be told that it had been refused at the wrong address ! Well they had my contact number, so why not contact me? And get the right address ?So the customer help says they'll deliver tomorrow . I don't believe they attempted delivery just poor excuse, and equally poor explanation.this part was ordered Friday ! Please review your postal service!”

“I would highly recommend buying from this company! Instant quote received by email at a very reasonable price. Ordered an alternator Thursday afternoon - received it 8am Friday morning by Courier. And it came with an 18 month warrantee! Excellent customer service - spoke to David who was really helpful. Will definitely go back to them again when I need another car part.”

“Hi, I ordered my alternator which arrived very promptly. The whole order was hassle free, and also very easy when returning the exchange unit. The sweets too were a nice touch, which went down very well. I would recommend to others. Thanks”

“My old alternator was still attached to my car (partially working) and due to the different models available for my car,the only way I could get a view or part number for this was to use inspection mirrors, which I photographed and sent to West Lancs Auto Electrics, who were able to get the correct part, sent out within a day and arrived at my address, where I promptly fitted it and returned the old unit. Great support and knowledge especially working from my photographs and prompt delivery, I would highly recommend this company. thank you.”
