“What a fantastic day!!!! Emma engaged the children from the outset of her sessions and produced work of the highest quality. We loved the new structure of the workshop and leading towards a whole school performance at the end of the day made it purposeful and meaningful for the children. All children could access the sessions and achieve and the end of the day performance was so wonderful to watch! This is our 4th year of West End in Schools and was definitely our favourite so far! We can't wait to have you back in next year!”

She had a kind and caring manor with the children and quickly built up a good rapport with them in the sessions. The session was interactive and kept children engaged throughout. She was also very patient and attentive with our SEND children. Thank you for today. It was thoroughly enjoyed by all.”

“West End in Schools helped us to immerse the children in the story of 'The Butterfly Lion' by Michael Morpurgo. The workshop leader was great with the children, encouraged them and also engaged them throughout the session. The children all felt like they achieved so much, and came away with an experience that will also help them in the classroom. Because of the workshop, lots of the children have spoken highly about dance and drama being something that they would like to take further with them in the future.”

“West End In Schools provided a fantastic opportunity for children to engage with stories in a unique and creative way. All of the children at Ashwicken C of E Primary school thoroughly enjoyed bringing the stories to life and had a lot of fun in the process. Angela, the facilitator, was excellent with the children and helped them produce an impressive performance in a short amount of time. We highly recommend these workshops to others as they were a brilliant addition to our World Book Day activities.”

“Great workshop for our Year 6 children which they really got stuck in and came out of their shell! They were able to recal what they have learnt in Macbeth previously and further their learning. Great pace and tasks for the children to complete. He was also very supportive with a children in my class that has autism. Micheal Garvy was fantastic!”
