“West End in Schools visited us for the day within Book Week to carry out 'Bringing Stories to Life' workshops with all of our children, from Reception to Year 6. We were so impressed by our workshop leader, Ben, and by how engaging the sessions were for all children, regardless of their age. The workshops provided a fantastic opportunity for the children to take part in drama and dance alongside engaging, familiar stories and the children loved getting involved, working together, rehearsing and then performing to their class teachers. Not only was the day itself excellent, but I was also highly impressed by the phone and email communication with the company throughout the entire booking process. Thank you very much to everyone involved! We will certainly look to use West End in Schools again in the future.”

“The staff and children all thoroughly enjoyed our session. This is the second time we've used West End in Schools and we have been very impressed on both occasions. The children get an awful lot out of the sessions and the staff get ideas of ways to incorporate dance and movement into their storytelling and English lessons.”

“It was a lovely Worksop throughout the whole school. Each year group had a different story suitable for their age range and each year group absolutely loved it and enjoyed themselves. It was very interesting, interactive and exciting. The teacher was lovely and got on with all children really well. We would definitely recommend to other other schools.”

“We always enjoy our visits from West End in Schools. The actors and dancers are always professional and engaging and always enthuse the children. Our recent Shakespeare with Kat was amazing, really enhancing our Shakespeare Week. Kat was engaging, professional, kept the children focused, activities were all pitched to the appropriate age of children l. She worked really hard and all the children, whatever age, loved their workshop She obviously loves Shakespeare as this came through. Thank you Kat, you were fantastic!”

The children loved all the acting and getting involved, we definitely need more of these in the future! Reception teacher. It was just brilliant - the children were engaged and excited by it.
