“Fillet steak made my wife tremble at the knees it was that good, she says, my sirloin was excellent but I was left still standing. Genuine Scottish black pudding, beautiful Ayrshire bacon, Lorne sausage and exceptional hand made potato scones from David Murray at The Electric Bakery, have made sure our breakfasts down here in Cardiff have been wonderful. Will be re-ordering for sure.”

“Simple to use website. Slight glitch with delivery date as did don't deliver weekends in this area but on phoning this was dealt with quickly and satisfactorily. So nice to be able to get these products on line as can never find them in the shops.”

“Meat seems to be very good quality and the fact it's all British meat was one of the main reasons for me buying, the fact that it's also fairly local to me was even better. I wasn't home and the carrier's website was having problems and wouldn't let me tell the driver where to leave the parcel. I arrived home about 30 minutes after the carrier delivered the items but the carrier (DPD) left the box upside down in my bin! The outer box was slightly damaged and the polystyrene inner was burst on one end :( This was a bit annoying but by no means West Coast Foods fault. Items were still well packed with cold packs, the food although not as cold as I'd have liked, maybe a few more cold packs would help, especially for summer deliveries (mines was in January). Otherwise, everything was fine, I've made 3 or 4 meals already and myself and my family were very pleased with the quality and the taste. I'm pretty sure we will be placing another order again at some point! Hopefully DPD will be a bit better next time around.”

“Online order process and information is easy to navigate and complete. Delivery communications were clear and regular and the package of venison arrived on time, in the delivery slot via couriers DPD. The meat and haggis were well packaged and cold inside their insulated box with ice packs. I kept it all in the fridge for 3 days before cooking. Both the haunch and loins were easy to prepare and, as a novice venison chef, I managed a perfectly pink roast on both! Both meats were superb-such a light flavour and the loin was like butter for tenderness-we had the most wonderful Burns Night Scottish supper and the haggis "roll" cut to perfect discs to cook and serve with our starter. All round a perfect shopping experience. Brilliant West Coast Foods; I wouldn't hesitate to use again and recommend highly to anyone wishing to source authentic produce. Thank you!”

“Prompt delivery,well packaged and chilled. I loved everything in my order. The skinni range is so tasty hard to believe they are low fat. The skinni currys were so good and I loved the kebabs, sausage and black pudding. Will be back for more.”

“Really efficient delivery service and very well packed. Well done .Lots of skinni range in my freezer now. Only gripe is minimum order online is quite high. Please stock more supermarkets! Aldi don't have enough in nor often enough in.”

“Order delivered a day earlier than expected wrapped very well and inside a polystyrene box frozen ice packs still frozen too! Have tried the products I bought and they are very tatsty and free on slimming world plan very happy will order again thanks”
