Great now it is up and running. Only one thing stopped me giving 5* rating - lack of communication between teams - I had BT broadband before, taken by wires to my computer upstairs. The Wessex router was put downstairs due to the configuration of my house and I didn't know that I would need a wireless USB adapter for everything to work until the very nice final man came to connect me.

All of your employees so far have been well trained and extremely polite and helpful. Our initial service has been a massive improvement on our past. Thank you Wessex Internet for coming to our rural community.

At the moment it is very slow far worse than our previous provider.It might be early days for your system,but for us it is so frustrating and not the speeds we were led to believe we would be getting. The Hub tends to go blue I do not know whether this is normal or not.

Installation done very quickly and professionally. Internet service fast - over 100 mB/s when first set up but dropped to around 30 mB/sec several weeks later. Still much better than the 1 mB/sec we had previously.

Friendly, polite staff and excellent customer service. The Full Fibre 350 package is, as you'd expect, lightning quick!

Quick to respond, turned up on time, worked in very heavy rain but still managed to leave everything clean. I was informed at every stage of the two stage fitting. First class staff and first class internet. Well I done team.

Fast Internet for the countryside. BT wouldn't listen so hopefully they will when customers desert them for this fast option.

took a while to get me connected but happy with service provided they have left a bit of a mess when they had to dig electric cable trench to cabinet, needs some surface stone to tidy job up

Installation and set up very straightforward as is billing. All very transparent and works as well as expected. Great team, polite and left no mess from either groundworks or indoors. Customer services first class, what more could anyone ask for with a service provider.

In the initial stages the office were not good at getting back to one with asked information. Ground crew were magnificent likewise the engineers- since going live have had good speeds and I am delighted - on line billing all very simple,

My experience with Wessex Internet has been nothing short of superb! It started with Will (Hudson) paying me a visit, he was knowledgable, extremely patient with my many questions, professional and very polite. An asset to your company for sure! All the groups who came to work on my fibre installation were amazing. They were an absolute pleasure to have around and were so grateful for hot drinks and biscuits which I thought was the norm to give them but now have my doubts!! Great guys, Wessex Internet should be very proud to have them on board. A very grateful customer.
