A very good experience, both with the fibre installation team (involved tunnelling the fibre under trees and driveway) and the speed of the internet once installed. What a breath of fresh air after years of disappointment from BT. Well done, Wessex Internet!

Sometimes if I have the Wi-Fi on for a while it comes up with an explainantion mark on the device.(phone or tablet) So you need to 're connect. Other than that more than happy with the service.

I would have given you a Very Good, except that intermittently over the past year in Stoke Trister - generally in the evenings which is when we watch films on TV . - we have been getting annoying No Reception breaks which last for a few seconds before self-correcting, and then randomly occurring again. Mainly when watching Poldark or Versailles!!! No discernible outside causes such as wind blowing trees or heavy rain, though maybe that could happen at the Cucklington end which is where our signal is bounced off, or even back on the Stoke Trister hill where the originating mast was set up. I should have contacted you earlier about this.

Hi Adrian, I am sorry to hear you are having problems with your phone line. If you have a Vonage Voice Over Internet Phone it might be something they need to have a look into.
