Wessex Internet provided us with an excellent service after placing our order through to going live and with an internet speed that has met our expectations. Their head office support team has been readily available to promptly answers questions we had and keep us informed, when necessary. There garden team worked efficiently to install the cabling thorough our garden causing minimal disruption. The internal team were equal as good and painstakingly resolved a technical glitch to get us live. All things considered, we received an excellent service and delivery from Wessex Internet who have an excellent customer focus.

Company is good but a very poor internet connection. I’ve had to go back to my old Sky broadband that performs much better than supposed full fibre. I’ve complained and was told someone would come back to me. I had an email acknowledging my complaint but have heard nothing since. Very, very disappointed

Internet is good with no problems,only downside was installation when engineer didn’t comeback so had to phone and make book reappointment but was fixed quickly and had no problem with system since

We signed up for Wessex in early 2023. During the 1 year wait for connection, after being told it would be a few months, we were never contacted by Wessex to be updated. We contacted them several times during the year and were given vague answers about 'problems' but not give any specific information. Their salesman advised us not to renew our BT contract as it would cost to cancel it. (BT were offering a £10 monthly reduction) At the end of the year I emailed to say that the token was about to run out and were should I send my invoice for the extra costs incurred. They didn't reply. I got a phone call 2 weeks later to say I was getting connected. As it turns out, to the same post as my neighbours were connected 6 months earlier. This was followed by another call to arrange for an engineer to assess our underground connection, which we were told was not possible in outr village and was also uneccassary. They had to be told I was already connected. The guy that then came to do the installation did the most apalling wiring job, had to borrow my ladder, trampled plants and trailed mud into our house. We were told the Password and he left. No manual or further instructions. We do not get a signal throughout the house but cannot have an extender without paying for a faster speed service that we don't need. Consequently the extender we bought ourselves means that our WiFi calling is intermitant to say the least. Therefore we now have a faster broadband that we don't notice and a worse phone signal.

Was told it was such a strong signal it would do the whole house. No better than what I had before.

Speed of package described as up to 250 but actual speed as measured by speed of me and routers own speed test is max 120 with direct connection to router on o 1ghz port. It's good enough, but room for improvement.

Told to move to these and supposed to be amazing speeds. Not even a month and no internet as faults. Can’t send anyone out for 2-3 days! Worst mistake ever!!

My previous internet was OK and bizaarly faster than yours. Little frustrating that on firing up the computer it isn't instantly available, and takes several minutes to connect. But guess I will get used to it.

Ordering went a little awry with only the BB part going forward with no mention of the telephone transfer. This was corrected by went awry again when the required telephone adapter was not dispatched until being chased by me. Consequently we had two days without phone service! Not the best start but we have high hopes!

Massive improvement over the old copper connections of BT Openreach, particularly noticeable on upload speed. Wessex Internet were professional, helpful and considerate during the fibre installation. Their customer support is excellent.

So far proven to be reliable and reasonable speeds. All work was done quickly and fairly well organised with only the weather causing slight delays. Only grumble so far on the odd time I've been home during day time is speed drops noticeably but I will assume for now that is related to works carried out in the area.
