“although Wessex internet may not be the cheapest option , for us in rural locations they are the only reliable highspeed broadband provider and they go about their business without fuss or drama. A very good service.”

“The product is great, we've now got Fibre to the home. Our broadband download speed leaped from 1mbps (on a good day) to an average of 80 to 100! All staff (in the office and the installation engineers) are courteous and helpful. It's great to be able to speak to the same person without going through the call centre environment. It's more expensive (double the cost) than our previous supplier, but the speed improvement alone makes it worth while.”

“Hard to review something that you start taking for granted. Super service never had any issue and the increase in speed and unlimited is a god send in a house of gamers. Thanks everyone who works there. Made a difference to our lives when I can video my children while working away.”

“Wessex Internet is absolutely fantastic! It’s so much quicker than any other broadband I have ever had. Customer services are so helpful, if you ever need to contact them. I wouldn’t change to anything else!!”

“We find that the internet is very up and down. It is often very difficult to stream and the router provided often drops the wireless Lan. As we live in a relatively remote area we accept the very high cost of provision.”

“The service from everyone at Wessex has been impeccable from the guys on the ground to the staff in the office. They made what is a complicated process seem very straight forward and the word problem doesn't seem to be in their vocabulary. Highly recommended.”
