The internet is brilliant. So fast .Downloads done in twinkling of an eye.Am very pleased with wessex internet. Also the phone connection is now good after a hiccup which was soon sorted...Must add that Tom hopefully have the right name he connected the Internet in.the house.. Was really polite considerate and really nice to deal with. The young men who laid the cabels in the garden were also helpful and considerate... . I must congratulate Wessex internet on those you have in your employment everyone I have dealt with have been very polite and patient Thank you

No signal in most of the property - have rung and had emails saying the matter is being looked into but nothing yet - one more day and I am going back to BT

I don’t have internet throughout the house so I was advised to purchase a boaster. Which I did I still don’t have internet throughout the house because there’s a fault with Nokia equipment and no one can fix it! I call many times and whilst staff are polite snd helpful I am being charged for services I don’t have.

Firstly I have had the wireless service for ages and is excellent. Have recently got their Fibre service. When wired it is excellent and very fast. I gave it 4 stars because the WiFi from the Nokia modem is poor and keeps dropping out even in the same room as it is situated (I contacted Wessex but hey didnt take much interest) so I have rectified the problem with my own solution. But overall my experiences with this company have been positive.

Dear Sirs I don,t usually respond to reviews of this sort but on this ths time I feel strongly that the service which you gave me jn getting me going was exceptional For example your 0perater Ruby Milligan travelled about 40 miles to sort out a problem with my instiillation in her own time. Men came and dug in the wire to the house very neatly. All up and running after a few teething problems. Looking forward to the removal of telephone lines to the house.

Great comms with the team at Wessex all the way through the installation and set-up process. I had one query a few days after it was set up and was straight through to customer support without any problems - question was answered immediately. Speeds have been consistently high with a very stable connection.

This was seen as a big step for us to change from BT to Wessex but the transition has been remarkably easy with the support of the Wessex team. Phone line and installation all went well and very pleased with service.

It does what it says on the tin. Installation went well having overcome an external connection "glitch" but it was done on time and it works well.

Although the installation was months late in actually occuring ,Wessex had a Good installation team,equipment looks good and is much faster than before. A satisfied customer.

Ina e the basic package and at the moment there doesn't seem to be any difference. MIGHT up grade but not at the moment.
