For the most part this is great. However, we have had our service drop out from time to time and at least twice for a significant period of days which is not good when running a business. Their biggest issue, for us, is customer service as it was difficult to get them to accept we did have a problem each time. Finally, however, they did and its has now been resolved, we hope.

We are very pleased the Wessex Internet's speed and so far almost trouble-free service. There have been only two (I think) short interruptions of service - due to a breakdown somewhere - but Wessex Internet fixed them quickly. Vonage voip is excellent. We would be interested in finding out more about Wessex Internet's fibre service too.

It is far from being Superfast. In recent weeks, particularly in the evenings, it has been awful, with long delays in downloading and just getting on to the internet has been rubbish. I am completely fed up with the service in the last couple of months.

On the very rare occasions we have lost connection, one simple quick phone call put everything OK. As different to my BT experience as you can imagine. Regular 27+ mbs compared to BT' Infinity of about 4 mps. Two improvements would help: engineer contact at weekends and it's a shame you don't offer rollover of unused download. Apart from these two points, absolutely delighted with Wessex and absolutely no regrets signing up and definitely no regrets getting free of Openreach and all the providers stuck with the BT monopoly.

Just wish it was slightly cheaper as when the grandchildren come to stay we have to pay more as they accede our limit.

I had to change the Wessex Router due to a failure. An updated model was sent out in the post. Technical Support checked that I could save a configuration file from the old router and did a test to ensure that the old configuration file would run on the new replacement router. I run 3CX a virtual PABX with many port settings on the Firewall so this was important to save an immense amount of time. So all I had to do was upload the old configuration file and a few seconds later the new router was running my 3CX virtual PABX with no issues.
