Great set-up service, the team kept me fully informed. The network works fantastically high speed and I am well in the country. Fully recommend.

I contacted this company just after they laid the line near to our house and I wasn't that impressed with their service. Following a deterioration in the service provided my current supplier I contacted them again and oh, how they had improved their offering. Everything from dealing with the sales team (Rufus), operations (Eva) and the site teams of David and Joe - everything was perfect. The product so far has also been reliable and fast. I can recommend.

Signed up with Wessex Internet, gave all our personal details, bank details, chose the package….. took TWO YEARS…. Before we got connected!!!! Sent Emails requesting updates to what was happening…. Completely ignored, or received throw away comments ‘we’re dealing with land owners’… had 3 deadlines pass and disappear with no contact as to why, I repeatedly had to go chasing to find out what was going on….shocking customer service. HOWEVER… the engineers who came and installed the system were fantastic, polite very helpful and amazingly professional. We are happy with the internet speed etc now it’s actually in.

Really impressed from start to connection. Great customer support who did over and above on a stressful time as just moved house. Broadband works really well and no glitching. Big thank you to Adam Suffield and Alex who allowed us to collect the router from the office. Highly recommend.

The guys who did the work were very good and attentive. We were a bit late on the schedule - could have been one of those things, but I think you might have forgotten about us! The connection is fine with improved speeds, but we get buffering on the TV every now and then (that never happened with our old connection), and I think I need a booster as the router doesn’t have the range of my old one from EE. But overall, fine, and I’m generally pleased also with the good service whenever I have phoned up - helpful.

During our recent change of our broadband and telephone service we found all W.I. staff very helpful and professional. Adam, Chloe and Robyn were particularly helpful. The outside teams were also excellent. Paul and Hilary

Wessex are a breath of fresh air! Having been tied to our previous supplier for 20 years with no other providers prepared to invest in local infrastructure, we moved to Wessex as soon as it was available. I had asked for a better service from the EE/BT for years and was greeted with "sorry but it's not in our plans" to unbundle the local exchange. We now pay slightly more for our internet but moving from 20mb to 100mb the difference is noticeable. Our old ASDL upload struggled to get to 1mb which caused difficulties with working from home, now it's 30mb, meaning two of us can actively work at the same time as the kids gaming. Customer service has been fantastic, very personal. In a month we have had one outage but it was resolved in 20 minutes and was followed up with a call to make sure all was OK. I wish we could have had Wessex internet sooner!

Internet good ,but little annoyed you still havn,t done any thing about a new phone line ,as I haven’t got a mobile phone ,now ET can,t phone home regards Peter Biles

Truly impressive. Hassle free installation from initial dig to final connection. Only been connected for a few weeks but it's been rock solid and still getting used to the fact that there's absolutely no lag when clicking on links or forwarding through video etc. Also great pricing - paying very little more now for fibre to the house than we were paying for landline rental (which we never used as a phone anyway) plus a fraction of the speed.
