“From start to finish we must say how impressed we were with Welsh Hot Tubs... Steve gave all the information we needed and asked for. The installation team were, very quick and a joy to have on-site!! Although our swim spa was a bit more money than some other quotes, we suspect that there's no comparison in the quality of the product and the expertise we experienced. “A great company to deal with even when things go wrong. We would still give them 5 stars even though our spa had to be returned as faulty as they handled it very professionally throughout. Great care is taken with your property and attention to detail is paramount. Unfortunately they were let down by the product on this occasion.”

“I csnt fault the service we have had . Dispite having a few problems with our hot tubs they are been fixed under warranty . Could perhaps make provisions for call outs over weekends and bank holidays for hot tubs in holiday cottages as they need to be fixed asap . Engineers always very helpful and competent as is elin in the office .”

“Outstanding service from start to finish. From first contact it was obvious you were dealing with a professional company who were interested in the customer and ensuring that they supplied the correct tub for the customers needs. Unfortunately currently there are too many dealers stacking high and selling cheap and not being able to offer the after-sales service which is so important on such a product. Steve and his team have been excellent, customer focused and nothing has been too much trouble. The quality of the hot tub is exceptional. On the one small problem we have had since installation this was dealt with immediately and competently, faultless service. An excellent company who put customers first.”
