“WeHireMac installed a faulty SSD in my iMac and then avoided any accountability. I have evidence and receipts for all of the following: I went here to upgrade the specs of an iMac (HDD to SSD). It was expensive, but I thought it was worth paying for a place so highly rated. After getting it back home and turning it on I got the first kernel panic. A Mac kernel panic is the equivalent of a Windows blue screen. These happened almost hourly, even after trying every solution (wipe, reinstall, disk repair). I went back in and explained to Abraham. He avoided any accountability and "played dumb", pretending he didn't understand a word I was saying, and that he couldn't see anything wrong. He sent me home with a look of complete distain, explaining that somehow the problem was my own. After another kernel panic I put the iMac in a cupboard and gave up - assuming I was missing something. Now a year or so later, I'm a lot more educated on Macs. I've been able to determine with certainty (and with absolute, undeniable physical evidence) that WeHireMac installed faulty components. Only go here if you're willing to risk your money, they will not be covering their mistakes.”

“I work as a software engineer and music producer, serving a steady clientele. My MacBook Pro (16-inch, 2019) had been a reliable companion for me, as I had always been incredibly cautious with it, never allowing even a drop of liquid near it. However, one fateful day, I returned home to find it completely unresponsive. The trackpad felt stiff, it refused to charge, and there was no apparent reason for this sudden issue. In a state of panic, I rushed my MacBook to the Apple store, only to receive disheartening news – the motherboard had inexplicably failed, and my precious data, stored on the soldered SSD, was on the verge of being lost forever. This was deeply distressing, particularly because I had crucial client projects stored on my MacBook. The prospect of admitting to my clients that I had potentially lost their work was both embarrassing and anxiety-inducing. Additionally, Apple's proposed solution came at a steep cost of over £750, without any guarantee of data recovery, putting me in a difficult position. “Life saver! Got home today and my Macbook Pro wouldn't switch on... Phoned Abraham and he told me to come and see him. he took the cover off, checked a few things and gave it a good clean and BOOM! “Another very professional service from Abraham and his team. Took their time to retrieve my son's data from a faulty hard-drive, replaced the hard-drive & reloaded the retrieved data. Also fixed faulty trackpad & all this while I waited as I explained I was unable to return the next day due to my tight schedule.. Highly recommend these guys and will continue to patronise them.
