As a mature bride, I was initially nervous about finding the perfect dress, but the team, especially Michela, made the whole experience wonderful. She was so helpful and patient, never making me feel rushed, and really listened to what I wanted. I left with a dress I never thought I would feel so fabulous in! We decided to visit Wed4Less after being told there would be at least a two-hour wait at Wed2Be, and I’m so glad we did. The service was fantastic from start to finish. Highly recommend!

“Just wanted to thank you all for the amazing service at Wed4Less Burton! I didn't feel 100% ready to start shopping for my dress but time was ticking and I knew I needed to start getting some ideas. The whole experience was completely effortless! Everyone was so kind and helpful and although it was busy (it was the last day to order dresses in time for arrival before prom), everyone was so organised that it just flowed. I was left to browse through the huge selection of dresses with no pressure and chose 5 dresses to try on.
After falling in love with the first dress I tried on ❤️ the lady suggested adding some off the shoulder straps and it transformed the dress even more so into my dream dress!
I came back a week later to show my mum and she agreed it definitely was the one, so I said "Yes to the dress!".
I then returned a few weeks later with my bridesmaids and flower girl and in one session we managed to find the perfect dresses for everyone, again hassle and stress free!

“To everyone that works at the Burton Store.
I came to visit 6th April to look at bridesmaid dresses for my daughter. Katie was the lady that helped us. She let us look at dresses with no pressure. We picked I think it was 5 dresses in total for my daughter to try on. At the end she let my daughter retry a dress on as we needed to see it again to make sure it was the right one. She then helped us with the colours as the colour we wanted wasn’t available. So picked a colour very similar to it and she just happened to have a dress in that colour so we could see what it looked like. We went down and paid for the dress. My daughter loved it.
We then came back to the store 12th May to look for my dress. Once again we were seen by Katie and she could remember us. Once again we were allowed to look at dresses and selected ones I wanted to try on. I picked 5 dresses in total and my daughter picked one as well. Once I had tried on all the dresses I narrowed it down to 3 so she let me try those 3 back on. I was sure I had found the one but asked if we were ok to go for a drink and talk before fully committing to a dress. Came back about 45 mins later. Tried that dress on and I was sure but I felt something was missing. So we started trying on different veils and then a veil my daughter picked out was out on and that was it I knew that dress and veil were the one as I got the feeling everyone was talking about. So I said yes to the dress. Nothing was too much for her. She is an asset to your store. So I just wanted to say a big thank you and I can’t wait till I come back to pick up my dresses. I get married in October.

“I visited your Stockport store on Sunday. I was very nervous and genuinely not thinking that I would find anything that would be suitable or make me feel confident.
I was met by Carol on arrival. Carol took the time to find out what I wanted and was so relaxed with me that I could not help but feel better. She allowed us time to browse through all of the dresses and offered guidance when she was asked, which was a lot by me!
After choosing a selection of dresses we went to the changing rooms. I was beyond nervous about getting undressed, but she was just so lovely. Her approach was perfect, her reassuring manner left me happy to be helped into the dresses.
I found my dress and am so excited to wear it on my special day.
I cannot recommend the store enough. The range of dresses I think would allow everyone to find their special dress, but more importantly the way you are treated in this store is so wonderful. You will be treated with kindness, patience and care.
